Guest access You will have access to the entire villa during your stay including 2 parking spaces in the carport. Additional parking available next to community pool. There are locked storage areas with owners items that are not accessible.
Other things to note Once reservation is confirmed a signature on our separate rental agreement is required for your stay.
You will be contacted by owner or concierge 24 hours before your arrival with check in instructions and local phone number for contact. Very important that you keep this number available as this is the only way to enter the community and villa. You will be supplied with a gate key fob and villa keys upon arrival.
Please note cleaning fee is $80 for your stay. If you desire daily or weekly cleaning or laundry for longer stays please advise. Gratuity is always appreciated by our amazing cleaning crew.
To make your stay more enjoyable our concierge can help with booking tours, rental cars, etc before and during your stay. Grocery and chef services can be arranged for additional fees. Concierge will give you additional details

Daffney's house is very nice and well located. The beds are comfortable, each room has air conditioning, the master bedroom has a bathroom, there is an additional bathroom on each floor, and the kitchen is quite spacious. Overall, it is perfect for a great stay. Highly recommended.

I really liked the villa — it’s new, modern, comfortable, with a great location and a nice pool. However, there were issues with the plumbing. Within the first 20 minutes after check-in, water started leaking in the upstairs toilet even before any use. We called the representative, but he said everything was fine. About an hour later, the toilet got completely clogged (we didn’t throw anything in it). He came back, fixed it, but then started blaming us and said he wouldn’t come again. There was also a bad smell in the downstairs toilet. He also promised to bring dishwasher tablets but never did. Overall, the villa is great, but the technical issues and service ruined the experience.

The place was beautiful and very comfortable for our family. The kitchen was well equiped and having ac in each room really made a difference as it was very hot the week we were there. Quiet neighbors. Gated. Close to town, manuel antonio nat park was only a short drive. Great place to stay
