Overview

Welcome to Villa Jazmin, a beautiful four-bedroom villa in the hills of Conchas Chinas, just minutes from downtown Puerto Vallarta and the area’s best beaches. Sweeping ocean and mountain views, an impressive infinity pool, multiple terraces, spacious bedrooms, and comfortable common areas create an ideal private retreat.

The villa is fully staffed with a cook, housekeeper, and concierge. Relax, enjoy the sunshine, and settle into your own private oasis.

The Space

Villa Jazmin offers spectacular panoramic views of the bay, including expansive ocean and mountain vistas. Its distinctive architecture incorporates marble, cantera tile, stained glass, original artwork, and numerous terraces.

The spacious outdoor terrace includes areas for both sunbathing and shade. During whale season, guests may be able to watch whales breaching in Banderas Bay while relaxing outdoors.

The infinity saltwater pool features a dramatic waterfall flowing from the second-story balcony, while fountain lions frame the surrounding views. The pool is approximately 5 feet deep throughout and includes a bench along one side. Ample furniture is available for lounging and outdoor dining.

The villa is more than 9,000 square feet, yet guests describe it as spacious and cozy. Original Mexican artwork throughout the home adds warmth and character. The garden areas are enjoyable to explore and include a palapa below the house with hammock chairs.

Staff and Services

Villa Jazmin is fully staffed from Monday through Saturday and includes:

• Housekeeping to maintain the villa
• A traditional Mexican cook who shops for groceries and prepares two meals per day
• Concierge services

The cost of groceries is additional. The cook works an eight-hour shift, so both meals must be prepared within that period. Alternatively, she can prepare a meal for guests to heat after she has left for the day.

For Sunday check-ins, maid and meal service will be provided.

Concierge assistance is included with every reservation and can help arrange:

• Tours and activities
• Spa services
• Special requests

Additional personal trips to the grocery store are charged at a fee of $25 USD.

Bedrooms

Each bedroom has its own character and includes:

Jungle Bedroom

This festive room takes its name from the parrot stained glass and hand-painted armoire. Its décor features authentic items collected from local and international travels.

Located on the main floor, the bedroom provides direct access to the pool and patio without requiring stairs, making it convenient for guests with mobility concerns.

Flower Bedroom

Floral décor inspired by the flower-patterned stained-glass windows gives this room its name. The cozy bedroom includes a private garden balcony with views toward the jungle and bay, as well as the famous Los Arcos rock formations near Mismaloya Beach in the distance.

Ocean Bedroom

Decorated in a palette inspired by sand and sea, this room features a curved balcony overlooking Banderas Bay, Conchas Chinas Beach, and the pool below.

Romantic Bedroom

Slightly larger than the other bedrooms, this room includes a sitting area and serves as the master suite. Custom-made Mexican artisan furniture and rustic details create a warm atmosphere, while a Cupid figure watches over the bed.

The private balcony includes seating for enjoying the ocean views or reading. The newly renovated bathroom has been described as “the best shower in Vallarta” and offers a distinctive bathing experience.

Entertainment and Outdoor Areas

The villa includes several spaces for relaxing and entertaining, including:

• A palapa with hammock chairs

The television room includes a large flat-screen television and a wide selection of United States standard and premium channels, although many guests spend little time watching television.

Guest Access and Location

Old Town, also known as Zona Romantica, offers beaches, shopping, and restaurants. It is approximately:

• A 5-minute taxi or Uber ride away
• A 20-minute walk away

Playa Conchas Chinas is approximately a 10-minute walk from the villa.

House Guidelines

Villa Jazmin is well suited to adult friends, families, and special celebrations. Children are welcome with prior approval, with the understanding that:

• The house is not childproofed.
• The pool does not have a shallow end.

Guests are asked to lower the noise level by 10:00 p.m.

The maximum occupancy is eight guests. Unapproved guests are not permitted on the property and may be subject to immediate removal.

Security and Privacy

A Ring doorbell is located outside the gate, and a motion-activated outdoor security camera monitors the driveway. For privacy, there are no cameras inside the house or around the pool patio.
