Casa del Alma is a four-bedroom, Laguna-front sanctuary created by Driftwood Homes & Rentals. Designed for rest and reconnection, the property combines open-air living with an infinity pool, yoga deck, beach volleyball court, dock, and panoramic views of Laguna de Apoyo.

Surrounded by nature and thoughtfully designed, the home encourages guests to slow down and enjoy the rhythm of Laguna life. It is well suited to families or groups of friends. Retreats, events, and group hosting are not permitted.

This four-bedroom, three-bathroom villa accommodates up to 12 guests. The open-air kitchen and lounge form the heart of the home, providing a comfortable setting for shared meals, conversation, and fresh jungle breezes. Inside, guests will find natural finishes, comfortable beds, air conditioning, and Driftwood’s signature details.

Outside, enjoy the private pool, hammock garden, yoga deck, and uninterrupted Laguna views. The property is located just 20 minutes from the colonial city of Granada, offering convenient access to a variety of activities.

Sleeping Arrangements

Casa del Alma accommodates up to 12 guests across four thoughtfully designed bedrooms:

• Bedroom 1: King bed, private ensuite bathroom, and open-air balcony overlooking Laguna de Apoyo
• Bedroom 2: King bed, ensuite bathroom, and garden views
• Bedroom 3: Bunk bed and an additional double bed, ideal for children or groups
• Bedroom 4: Two queen beds, soft lighting, and a peaceful atmosphere

All bedrooms include air conditioning.

Check-in is completed with staff on site. The local team prepares the home with fresh linens, clean spaces, and thoughtful details. Staff are nearby if assistance is needed while respecting guests’ privacy.

House Rules and Additional Information

Casa del Alma is intended for peaceful stays and deep rest. To respect the neighbors and natural surroundings, retreats, parties, and unauthorized events are not permitted. This includes:

• Loud music
• Outside guests
• Commercial use of the property
• Any other unauthorized event or gathering

Bookings that violate this policy will be canceled without a refund. Guests interested in hosting a retreat can contact the host about separate options for group rentals and gatherings.

Guests are allocated 55 kilowatt-hours of electricity per day. Additional usage is billed at US$0.50 per kilowatt-hour.
