Upon arrival, our co-host will provide an access code for the house, so no key is required. Please remember your code.
To enter the private complex, you will need to pass through the security gate, known as the “caseta.” We recommend notifying us when you are close to arriving so the security team can let you in smoothly.

Construction is currently taking place in front of the street. You may hear some noise at times, and we appreciate your understanding when making your reservation.

Really enjoyed staying here. Any concern we had, Jess addressed it. She came when we needed hot water and was extremely prompt in responding to our inquiries. The home was pretty, pool was fun, the location was great but I recommend asking for gate code access ahead of time. I’d skip this particular cenote and buy a day pass to Xcaret or some thing. No complaints and the home itself, but u would pack some soap! Thank you Jess!!!

Jess's place is 100% as described. All rooms were clean, and the amenities were comprehensive. Our personal highlight was the nature behind the property. The furniture is of very high quality. The location in a gated community gave us a very safe feeling.

Jess was an AMAZING host! We had an issue with front door lock and she arrived at house within 5 minutes to address - I was amazed! Locksmith at house to resolve within 1 hour. We contacted Jess numerous times for recommendations and she quickly responded and provided valuable information to enhance our vacation. The house is lovely. Pool was a little smaller than we expected but that didn’t bother us. Shower water got nice and hot with perfect pressure which we appreciated. Home is within a pre-planned residential community that requires two security checks to enter. It was a cumbersome process to go through each time entering the community but we appreciated the attention to safety and our protection. Residential community is very quiet and serene. If you are looking to party and get crazy, this is not the place for you. Beautiful paths for walking with very little traffic and we only saw a handful of other residents or guests out and about. Perfect for what we wanted.

Jess was fantastic. Her place is great. Unfortunately for us it didn’t work out on this particular trip. The room configuration was the issue which I don’t imagine it would be a problem for most people. So I would 100% recommend this property. It’s very nice, clean and probably just what most people are looking for. If we returned to Cancun area, Jess will probably be the first person we look to for an AirBnB.

We stayed at Jess's beautiful home for 9 nights. They house is clean and comfortable, Jess is a great host that responds very quickly to any problems you may have. The gated community makes you feel very safe, and after a few times through the gates you'll understand what the guards want! I recommend this house for anyone wanting a safe secure place to stay in paradise!
