Elements unit 205 is a beautiful spot. Well, equipped kitchen, plenty of linens, toilet paper, paper, towel towels, tissues, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish soap etc. to get started. The unit has a washer and dryer. Very nice view of the ocean and beautiful pool area. The master bedroom and bathroom are very spacious. The food at the Beach Club is great! Awesome restaurants, bars, shopping in very close, walking distance, All staff are so helpful and friendly. Massages at the beach club with Blanca are a must. We will be back!

We stayed for 1 week during Christmas with our 15 month old daughter. The apartment was safe, clean, well appointed and so comfortable. The pool area and beach club were peaceful and there was always plenty of private space for us in the sun and the shade. we felt it was a home away from home and not a resort even though we had all of the resort style amenities. the best dive spot in Playa is directly next to the condo. I would happily visit this condo again and again. the best condo development in Playa Del Carmen according to experienced Travellers.

We had an amazing stay! The second-floor unit had stunning views of the large, beautiful pool of the ocean. The beach club was fantastic, and during our stay (March 19–29), we always found lounge chairs at both the pool and beach. The location was perfect—an easy walk to 5th Avenue with plenty of restaurants. We also loved walking for hours along the beach. There was some sargassum, but it was mostly minimal and cleaned regularly. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, with a huge balcony perfect for morning coffee and evening hangouts. The living room was also great for relaxing. Huge thanks to Abril and Miguel for being super responsive! Only minor note—the main bathroom’s shower pressure was low, but it still worked fine. Overall, we absolutely loved our stay and would return in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

This was our 4th year staying at the elements. All in all it’s a great spot. Very convenient and friendly. A few things for Bric. We needed extra towels, toilet paper & other goods, they were never provided after I requested. It seems silly to have only 4 bath towels, 2 wash clothes, 2 hand towels. We did so much laundry. Neither of the TVs worked, internet is poor unless you’re on the couch or patio. The beds are rock hard, no extra blankets or pillows were provided. Very uncomfortable. If you have Bric managing there should be plenty of items stocked in these homes. It’s bare bones in these places. Add shampoo, conditioner & body wash to the showers like hotels have. Leave hand soap in the bathrooms & the kitchen. We could use larger trash bins in the bathrooms seeing as you have to dispose of ALL toilet paper, feminine products & more. This year we experienced something wild. 3 men, w/ prostitutes at the property. It was wild! And Inappropriate behavior.

Amazing condo!! Everything was fantastic. The location is awesome, patio and view amazing, pool and hot tub wonderful, beach club wonderful, so close to coco beach which is beautiful for sunrise and sunset walks and swimming. The condo is well equipped which is perfect for cooking. Washer/dryer very convenient. Beds so comfy and the blackout blinds were great, we all slept so well! Very safe. 7/11 around the corner super convenient, pizza restaurant close by was amazing. 5th Avenue walkable. Overall an amazing place and stay - wish we could have stayed longer.

Wow. One of the best airbnb that we have stayed in. Everything was as described. The pool was clean and nice. Gym was good also. Having a 7-11 right outside the condo was very convenient. Towels are provided. The place was very secure too. Highly recommended place. Thank you

This place is a gem. The condo complex and its infrastructure including the beach club are excellent, and the location is great: very quiet area with a lot of nice restaurants on the 38th street are just a few minutes away. The condo is rented by a company called BRIC and Abril is its AirBnB representative. I actually dealt with Miguel Hernandez who was my local host, and he was outstanding: very responsive and always ready to help. I should mention that their beach is nice but very small: its area is about 100x50 feet and most of the time surrounded by boats, so you better stay inside. However, the Coco beach, a very nice sandy beach, not very wide but very long, is a short walk away along the shore or through a neighboring hotel. This beach is most favorite among the locals and perhaps the best public beach in town. If you don't belong to a resort and are looking for a place to stay in Playa, this condo is perfect in every sense: comfort, location, and cost. Well deserved five stars!

Location was amazing. The beach club had really nice chairs with umbrella. Abril was very good at communication. I will definitely be back !! Oh and we felt extremely safe !!!

You can’t go wrong staying at any of the places in this complex. Just outside the main tourist area in PDC. Abril has a nice unit with a great view. Highly recommend.
