Policies and Important Information

• Minimum guest age is 25 years (children traveling with parents are exempt)
• No Spring Break, college, bachelor, or bachelorette groups allowed without approval
• Unauthorized parties or events are prohibited
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 9:00 am; excessive noise at any time is not permitted
• Noise or disruptive behavior after 10:00 pm in gated communities may result in fines
• Extra person fees apply for guests beyond the 18th
• Pets are not allowed unless pre-authorized
• Smoking is prohibited inside the property
• Events such as weddings or bachelor/bachelorette parties require prior authorization and payment of an event fee
• Maximum occupancy must match the contracted number of guests; all guests must be disclosed by name
• Only two children under 12 should be listed in the “Children” field; the first two children stay free when sharing accommodations with parents, additional children must be counted as adults
• Fines up to $3,000 may be imposed for excessive noise, disorderly conduct, nudity, or disrespect toward security personnel; guests are responsible for paying these fines
• A 7-night minimum stay is required for bookings including December 25 or January 1; if both holidays are booked consecutively, a 14-night minimum applies
• High school and college spring break groups require approval and an additional deposit
• Airbnb bookings accommodate up to 16 guests; contact the host for rates and arrangements for additional guests
