The Space
This first-floor condo offers exceptional ocean views from the north side of Caye Caulker. Located directly on the Caribbean Sea, the two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit combines comfortable amenities with a luxurious setting.
The condo includes Wi-Fi throughout and a television with Netflix already logged in. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a refrigerator with an ice maker, and filtered drinking water.
Outside, the deck is furnished with:
- Two comfortable chaise lounges
- Two hammock swings
- Views to enjoy from sunrise through sunset
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
- The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, a 50-inch smart television, a dresser, and a private full bathroom with an impressive shower and modern finishes.
- The second bedroom includes a queen-size bed, a 50-inch smart television, a closet, and a dresser.
- A second full bathroom is located in the hallway between the bedrooms.
- A washer and dryer are provided for your convenience.
- Air conditioning is available throughout the condo.
Living Area and Kitchen
- The living area features a large sectional sofa and a 55-inch smart television.
- The kitchen includes a large island with seating for six.
- The kitchen is stocked with the items expected in a luxury accommodation.
Guest Access
Guests have access to the entire unit, except for the owner’s closet.
Resort Amenities and Location
The condo is centrally located within the resort and sits next to the pool in Phase 1. A bar and restaurant are nearby.
On-site amenities include:
- Three pools
- One bar
- Two restaurants
- A second bar opening soon
- A gym overlooking the luxury pool and ocean, available for a small fee
- Complimentary kayaks and bicycles through the office
- Mercado serving snacks and treats
- An on-site spa offering massages, facials, and manicure and pedicure services
The front desk can also assist with arranging scuba diving, snorkeling, fishing, kayaking, sailing, and mainland excursions.
Cleaning
The cleaning fee covers an exit cleaning after departure. Additional cleanings during your stay are available for BZD 30 per cleaning, with one day’s notice required.
Travel Information
After arriving at BZE airport, you can take a small aircraft to Caye Caulker South Island and arrive at CUK Airport. Blu Zen will then arrange transportation from the airport to the resort.
Alternatively, if you choose to take a taxi and ferry from BZE, let us know so we can connect you with our preferred taxi driver, Tony. Upon arrival in Caye Caulker, Blu Zen will pick you up and transport you to the resort.
After booking, you will receive a welcome packet with information about travel, accommodations, and excursions.

What a wonderful trip! Blu Zen and Melanie's place, specifically, were superb. The location of the condo by the restaurant, pool, and dock was so convenient. The condo was clean and spacious. I also appreciated that there were plenty of drawers, shelves, and hooks (for wet towels, bathing suits, etc) which allowed us to keep things organized and neat. We loved staying on the North side of the island. Several nice restaurants on this side and the beautiful Bliss Beach just a short golf cart ride away. It was easy taking the ferry to the South side and fun to hang out there. But we loved returning to the peaceful Blu Zen after. Staff was so helpful and friendly and truly added to the experience. Just an overall amazing trip!

If I could give this place a 6/5 I would!! Melanie’s place is fabulous and Blu Zen is what dreams are made of. The resort is so peaceful and beautiful and the service level is bar none. The location of the place is very central on the resort so it’s super convenient… loved my stay. I will be back.

Amazing stay! Everything is as described and pictured. Beds were very comfortable! Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. All was well appointed and made for a refreshing vacation! I would book here again and for reference I am a picky traveler. Lol

Wonderful location inside Blu Zen. Views of the ocean, close to the bar and all restaurants, next to the pool. Mel was very communicative after booking. Couple hiccups with staff, but nothing to do with Mel. Most staff interaction was great though. I can’t imagine staying anywhere other than Blu Zen if heading to Belize.
