The view from the property is 5 stars, as is the furniture and bedding. The property could use some maintenance like painting the hallways in the interior. Also the pool had some issues but they were very responsive in sending a team to get it fixed. The view cannot be beat so we will definitely stay here again.

House and view both beautiful. Communication excellent! Roads are rough to get up and down hill to get to home. Scorpios seen in bedroom and living room. Overall 10/10 will be booking again.

Lovely house and pool, quiet and secluded at the end of the road. Definitely need a good 4x4 car, but not far from Potrero town centre and easy access to other towns in the area. Lots of restaurants, beaches in the area. Loads of activities in the area. The concierge was good, and staff very responsive and accommodating to my requests.

This home was very beautiful and matched the description perfectly. We felt at home and had everything we could need at the home. All you need to bring is your personal belongings and you are set. We cooked breakfast every morning in the spacious kitchen; It had every appliance and dish you could possibly need. The kids had a blast in the pool area and outside was very peaceful. The home is located far enough away from other homes and the main town that we felt peace, but still close enough to where we could run to the store at anytime. The neighborhood people are very nice. You definitely need an suv to get up to the home, as stated in previous reviews - especially when it rains. We would 100% stay here again and we are already ready to go back!

What an amazing stay! House was exactly as described and we loved the view. Pool was enjoyed by all! Far enough from town, but close enough to go to the beach and grab dinner. Would stay again if ever in the area.

This house was absolutely perfect for our trip. It felt like a private resort while at the house but allowed for us to quickly get to local restaurants and explore different spots! The drive up to the house is definitely as described in other review, but it was completely worth it.

This home is fabulous with incredible views and large open spaces. Well equipped for stays and we even had chef Jeffrey in to cook for us. So wonderful to wake up and hear and see so many beautiful birds. We could hear howler monkeys early morning and about 4pm most days & lucky enough to see them in the trees just below us. So much fun! CR squirrels on the roof most nights and in the front tree and even a CR fox came to visit most nights. The road up from town is a slow one but still a great spot with plenty to do. A car is a must! Highly recommend the Potrero ATV trip - wonderful tour that goes right by the villa. The catamaran trip out of playa flamingo is great. Day trip to Tamarindo - try the Grind for breakfast across from the public beach 🅿️ and the Beach House on the way to playa flamingo is excellent. Head over to Las Catalinas for lunch on the beach. Great home, great trip! Ours Vida!
