👥 We can accommodate up to 20 guests. For groups of more than 10 people, the cost per additional guest is $100,000 per night on weekends and $50,000 on weekdays.
🔇 No speakers, consoles, or other external sound equipment are allowed.
Guest access During your stay, Casa Utopía will be yours alone: pool, BBQ, gardens and social areas to enjoy in total privacy 🌿. Access is completely autonomous via a lockbox, allowing easy entry at any time during check-in. We will always be available to assist you when you need it.
Guests do not have access to utility or maintenance rooms.
The pool attendant comes every morning, at an agreed time, to carry out pool maintenance and keep it in optimal condition. He will always respect your privacy during the visit.

Very detail-oriented hosts, a delicious welcome gift, the place was spotless and had sufficient and adequate appliances and cleaning supplies for the place. It was very easy to get there, and the instructions were clear. We ran out of gas and in less than half an hour we had a new tank. Recommended for going with pets. Super organized. The view was spectacular, the pool was always clean, and everything worked wonderfully, even the TVs and the air conditioning, which by the way had new batteries for the remote. We had a spectacular time. Thank you so much for your kindness!

Our experience was very disappointing. Before booking, we specifically asked the host if the place was quiet and suitable for resting, as we were travelling with children under 3 years old. He assured us that it was and that the noise level was low. However, during the two days of our stay, the music was playing almost constantly and at a very high volume, making it impossible to rest properly, especially with small children. The most frustrating thing is that we specifically asked about the noise before booking and trusted the information they gave us. We understand that there may be a certain level of noise in the area, but we believe that the host should be transparent about the actual conditions of the accommodation. If we had known the situation, we would have chosen another place. We do not recommend this place to stay for those looking for tranquility or traveling with small children.

The place is very nice and clean, ideal for sharing as a family. The downside is the noise from the surrounding properties until the early hours of the morning; it's impossible to get any rest. Also, very little flexibility with check-in and check-out; I’ve stayed at many properties, and they don’t charge extra for a later checkout.
