The Space

The condo is located on Calle 38, one of Playa del Carmen’s most beautiful and sophisticated streets. It is surrounded by native trees and some of the area’s best restaurants, just half a block from Fifth Avenue and one block from the beach.

The modern, spacious apartment measures 147.40 square meters (1,587 square feet) and includes:

Martina Beach Club

Courtesy passes are provided for Martina Beach Club, located one block from the condo. Guests may use the lounge chairs and umbrellas at no rental charge.

Minimum consumption requirements apply:

• First and second rows: MXN 500 per person
• Third row onward: MXN 300 per person

Families with children and teenagers are welcome; however, the pool area is for adults only. For personalized assistance, ask for the administrator, Alfonso. Arriving before 11:00 a.m. is recommended for better availability and location.

• Address: Calle 44 with Albatros, on the beach
• Towels are not included.
• Pool use is separate.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Outside food and beverages are not permitted.

Electricity and Internet

Mexico uses a standard voltage of 127 V and a frequency of 60 Hz, the same as the United States and Canada. Electrical outlets are Type A and B. Please bring an adapter if needed.

• Internet speed: 50 Mbps
• Standard electricity allowance: 30 kWh per day
• Additional electricity consumption: MXN 5.72 per kWh
• Electricity usage is measured upon arrival and departure.
• For stays of 14 days or more, guests pay the full electricity consumption weekly or biweekly in cash according to the meter reading.
• Monthly rentals are responsible for the full electricity consumption.

Please turn off the air conditioning, televisions, and lights when they are not needed or when leaving the apartment. This helps conserve energy and allows the apartment to cool quickly upon your return.

House Rules

• Relax, smile, and enjoy your stay.
• Leave the apartment tidy and in the same condition in which it was received.
• Respect quiet hours. Loud music and disruptive noise are not permitted after 10:00 p.m.
• Events are not permitted.
• Groups visiting to party are not allowed.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Smoking is not permitted. The apartment is completely smoke-free.
• Please avoid stains from suntan lotion, makeup, food, sauces, and ink on sheets, towels, and duvet covers. Damage may be deducted from the security deposit.
• Check-in is at 3:00 p.m.
• Check-out is at 12:00 p.m.
• Early arrivals may leave luggage in storage and receive courtesy passes to Martina Beach Club, one block away.
• A USD 300 cash security deposit is required at check-in and returned at check-out.
• Groups of friends must provide a USD 500 cash security deposit at check-in, which is returned at check-out.

Linens and Towel Replacement Costs

Bed linens and towels are inspected at check-out. Guests will be notified if difficult stains are found, and affected items may be sent to a specialized laundry service. If stains cannot be removed, or if items are lost, guests are responsible for replacement costs.
