I never thought I'd write such a negative review. We arrived and the place was still being cleaned; we agreed to come back at 7 pm. When we returned, we found centipedes coming out of the shower, cockroaches and cobwebs all over the house, mold and food residue in the sandwich maker and coffee maker, and dirt built up on the walls and windows. THE HOUSE WAS UNINHABITABLE, nothing like the photos in the listing. We asked for an immediate cancellation. The host offered to send another cleaner, but the problem wasn't with a one-off cleaning issue. After that, he only offered to refund 2 of the 3 nights, claiming that the first one could have been resold. With all due respect, we're doing you a favor. I doubt anyone in their right mind would want to stay here. In addition, he notified the development's security so that we would not re-enter after picking up our bags, without being able to use the facilities that first "paid" day. We're going to ask Airbnb for a full refund. We keep photos as proof of the home's actual condition.

Me and my family loved staying at the apartment. The view from the rooms is beautiful! And the convenience of buying what we need is just a short distance away. We would definitely come back!

César was a great host. He was always very attentive to us, responded quickly to every question, and was very kind throughout the stay. The accommodation met our expectations and the value for money is excellent. I highly recommend it!

Good area, close to restaurants and mini-supermarkets. The apartment is very comfortable and clean, and has everything you need in the kitchen. Everyone was very friendly. I recommend it. Very good.

Beautiful surroundings and the place is very comfy. I would definitely come back. However, I would prefer the place to be cleaned before I arrive. After this, everything was great and the host was very kind and responsive 😊

The place had a stench you could scent as soon as you walked through the hallway that took you to the stairs. The kitchen was not clean, we found the coffee pot with old dry coffee stains that meant no one had washed it in a while. The main room has no curtains or blinds and is right in front of the golf course. The AC units on the two secondary bedrooms seemed inappropriate for the size of the room. I found a dirty fork (plastic disposable one) on the kitchen cabinet. The place is a Kilometer away from the beach and pool. The staff was nice.

My family and I had a comfortable stay, the apartment had what we needed, everything was in order, the staff who attended us were friendly. The beach is very nice.

Fair price and apparment near main iguana ammenities, spacious place with aircoin and nice views to the golf course. Would have liked better towels and bedsheets as well kitchen cutlery.
