Casa Mango

I thought the place was very nice. It was clean, private and peaceful. You could also walk to local restaurants and the beach was a short drive away (you could also walk it if you like). The hosts were very responsive and welcoming, I would stay there again in the future.

I stayed at this place through Airbnb and it was really a wonderful experience. The room is quite nice, it even looks better in person than in the pictures. The structure is modern and very well designed, which makes the stay comfortable and pleasant. Outside the room there is a hammock perfect for resting and enjoying the natural environment. The area is surrounded by nature and is currently being reforested, which gives it a very special atmosphere. During our stay we had the incredible experience of seeing a family of howler monkeys pass just a meter from the room, something really magical. The pool is phenomenal, very relaxing and perfect for disconnecting. In addition, the hosts were very friendly and allowed me to stay a few extra hours, which is greatly appreciated when you are traveling. Los Nancites was the perfect spot for us. Beautiful, quiet and private. Looked exactly like the photos and everything was as described. The garden and pool area were even better than anticipated. The hosts were kind and welcoming. Located very close to a small grocery store and lots of good restaurants. So peaceful. 5 minute drive to beach. We will for sure be back!

A great place to stay close to the beach with great sunsets. There was plenty of shade and a great pool. Perfect for staying with children. We spontaneously stayed 2 nights longer and would be happy to come back.

Stayed here for about 5 days and it was so wonderful. Luckily we didn’t have anyone staying directly next door to us so it was very private, however it’s private enough anyway if someone is staying next door. Very close to some very beautiful beaches at Playa Negra and Playa Avellanas. The area also had some nice cafes and little restaurants we were happy to visit. Close little market nearby as well. If you want quiet, private beaches and to surf (probably beginner - intermediate) then I can’t recommend this place enough. Honestly don’t have anything too negative to say about this place. It’s right in the woods so a decent amount of bugs are to be expected. If you can pack a thermarest or mattress foam I would recommend doing so. Our only complaint would be the spring mattress, but even then, you’re so tired by the end of the day it doesn’t matter too much!

This stay was my third at Los Nancites. I love the aesthetic of the buildings - so simple and clean - and the grounds are lovely. I always see tons of birds, and sometimes monkeys. It is quiet. A little oasis in Playa Negra and a great starting point for all sorts of adventures. Christian and his family are welcoming and friendly hosts.

What a nice spot Los Nancites is The location is lovely, very closed to the beach and the area is not overwhelmed by tourists The grounds are very well kept nice and quiet and the casitas absolutely a gem. And we are so thankful for the understanding of our personal situation Couldn’t recommend Los Nancites more, we will definitely be back!
