Included with stays of seven or more nights. Stays of five or six nights include a half day on the Nautique and a half day on the Barker. The Barker excursion includes inshore fishing; offshore fishing is available for an additional fee.

The Space

Welcome to Villa Nambí, a spectacular 9,000-square-foot estate set among the tropical canopy. Created for both relaxation and adventure, this six-bedroom, seven-bathroom residence combines refined indoor living with expansive outdoor spaces.

The Villa Experience

Upon entering, you will find 20-foot ceilings, walls accented with local stone, and oversized glass doors that open the living area toward the Pacific horizon. The chef’s kitchen, fitted with professional Monogram appliances and fine tableware, is designed for memorable meals.

Outside, a private sun deck features a zero-edge infinity pool and hot tub overlooking the Four Seasons Championship Golf Course. The shaded terrace includes a poolside dining area with seating for twelve guests.

Bedrooms and Entertainment

Each suite provides a private retreat with luxury bedding, an en-suite spa bathroom, and high-speed internet.

Included Water Excursions

• Stays of five or six nights: One half-day wakeboarding or wakesurfing session and one half-day inshore fishing excursion

The Nautique is ideal for wake surfing, tubing, private beach picnics, and cruising to Witches Rock for a day of surfing.

Service and Transportation

Your experience begins upon arrival at Liberia International Airport (LIR), located approximately 45 minutes from the villa. A Mercedes Sprinter van will provide your airport transfer.

A dedicated team is available throughout your stay, including:

The private chef prepares breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and drinks according to your preferences. Grocery and beverage stocking is available before arrival, along with customized menu planning.

Guest Access

Villa Nambí offers a fully staffed villa experience with two private boats included in the rental. The Barker motor catamaran was personally brought from the Florida Keys to the Papagayo marina by the founder, Mat, and is available for fishing adventures along the Pacific coast.

The Super Air Nautique Coastal Edition provides access to a range of watersports, including wake surfing, tubing, and coastal cruising.

Booking and Policies

Payment

• 50% due at booking
• Remaining 50% due seven days before check-in

Cancellations

Holiday bookings, including Spring Break, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s, are non-refundable.

For other dates, if border closures affect your travel plans, we will work with you to reschedule based on availability.
