Bella Mar is a secluded oceanfront retreat located 3.5 miles south of San Pedro, Belize. Downtown is approximately 15–20 minutes away by golf cart.
The property includes:

- Two lower casitas, each with one bedroom and one bathroom

The Space
This comfortable oceanfront home features three upstairs bedrooms, four bathrooms, a spacious living area, and a fully equipped kitchen.
The large second-floor veranda is an ideal place to enjoy the sunrise and ocean views. It includes an open area for sunbathing as well as a shaded section where guests can relax in the ocean breeze.
The two lower rooms are private one-bedroom cabanas with full bathrooms:
- One cabana has a king-size bed.
- The other cabana has two twin beds.
Each cabana has a separate entrance from the pool deck, providing privacy from the main house.
Guests can relax by the pool, sunbathe, or take in the views from the expansive patio areas.
Location and Transportation
Bella Mar is situated in a quiet neighborhood south of town, approximately 15–20 minutes from downtown San Pedro by golf cart.
The road is a typical Belizean road and may be bumpy at times, particularly after recent rain.
Tours and Activities
Snorkeling, fishing, and mainland tours can be arranged through the property. Tour guides will pick guests up directly at the villa for a variety of ocean and jungle excursions.

Other than a water issue and some deferred maintenance throughout, it is a great home, private and great for bigger groups. The location is somewhat isolated but only a 10 minute cart ride to the closest small grocery store for last minute supplies.

Lovely home that is located about 3 miles from town. Very quiet and peaceful. Home was beautiful. Very spacious and clean. It has wonderful outdoor space and the pool was the best part! Host was very responsive and accommodating to requests. We were able to arrange airport pick up and golf cart delivery with no issues. Most restaurants were about a 20 min golf cart ride from the house. We scuba dived almost everyday and was able to arrange for the dive shop to pick up every morning at the dock so that was super convenient. I highly recommend this property and my family of 7 said they would all go back!

Our group had an amazing stay and we if returning to san Pedro we would stay here again. It was easy to get to once you learned your way around the city. The house was beautiful and the view was perfect. This was beyond expectations!!!
