Location, amazing! Great host, drinkable water accessible at all times in the house, parking spot, the only thing is that it’s impossible to find on a map until you the bnb host sends you the check-in info with the actual name of the building.

The house was clean and the 4 bedrooms were as described (7 beds total with potentially a pull out and couch situation). Right next door to a pharmacy, circle k and a liquor store. Bars, a mall, restaurants all a short walk away. The beach is beautiful even with seaweed, the pool is very nice. Would stay here again, thanks Jose!

José Luis, was a great host for his Villa. He answered all of our questions quickly. Even answered questions before we booked our vacation. When something was needed he made sure it was taken cared of immediately. The whole week we went to different places that were not too far from the Villa: Isla Plaza (Mall) was about 5 minutes away. Restaurants and supermarkets between 5-20 minutes away. Isla Mujeres Ferry about 15 - 20 minutes away. Dolphins beach was about 15-20 minutes away. Xcaret Park is about an hour away. Cirque du Soleil is also about an hour away close to Playa del Carmen. The location is just as described, on the beach. It was comfortable, relaxing, very spacious, great AC units and clean. Plus parking was available.

Would recommend anyone looking for a place to stay in Cancun near the hotel zone to give this place a shot! I would book here again.

This place is really nice. In a great location with stores nearby. The pool and beach access are a plus. The Villa itself is really nice with plenty of room. 3 levels with balconies and patios for relaxing. Lounge chairs. The beds were comfortable. Listing says 3 bathrooms but there are actually 4 which was a huge bonus for our group. Listing says 8 beds but be mindful one is a trundle bed, not a full bed. My group loved the entire space. My only issue was parking, with 12 ppl we needed two cars…the villa garage could support only one car so we had to risk parking across the street. I think they should allow more than one car if the other slots are being used. But I would stay here every time I came to Cancun. It was that nice. Jose was responsive when we needed anything.

We booked the apartment because there are 7 of us traveling (3 brothers with their partners, plus my mother). The main area turned out to be very comfortable, with plenty of equipment for cooking, relaxing, or playing a few games of ping pong. We found it very convenient that the rooms were downstairs, so each person could get up at any time and have breakfast or do whatever they wanted without disturbing those who were still resting. We really enjoyed the private access to the sea (with lounge chairs and thatched roofs) as well as the pool with a pergola and barbecue. All the rooms are bright, spacious and have air conditioning, so we were comfortable the whole time. Finally, the location was key: there is a mall 5 minutes away on foot, a Soriana 15 minutes to the south, and Coco Bongo and other clubs and bars 20 minutes to the north. The accommodation and the host are totally recommended for a nice vacation!!
