Tha House was absolutely AMAZING. Although it is in a remote area. Might wanna do everything in the daylight. Unless u know your directions and surroundings. But overall Beautiful. Definitely would stay here AGAIN

Let’s start by saying the place itself was beautiful. I personally came here for a girls trip and the house was a little out of the way and very secluded. If you are expecting a beach waterfront, this is not it. It’s more of a lagoon and the surrounding area looks as if it’s still under construction. In the bedroom on the top floor there was a stain on the comforter and pillow case, that I had asked to be addressed. I was advised that it would be taken care of, but it wasn’t until I reached back out to find out that no one was coming as they became ill. In a situation like this someone even if the property manager themselves should have taken care of the issue. If you are planning to do things on site I would stay otherwise I suggest finding something closer to the city with a bit more lit pathways.

The property was beautiful and perfect for 3 adult couples. Our questions and tours were scheduled in a timely and professional manner. Thank you to Lourdes, our concierge, and Eric, property manager, for great service.

This amazing home is situated on a lagoon, its destination is a bit far but worth the privacy and 20 minute golf cart ride to the town of San Pedro. The people of Belize are super friendly and welcoming and the same can be said about the concierge and groundskeeper. The property is 3 levels, with private bedroom off pool, 2nd level is one bedroom, bath, living, kitchen, dining and laundry with a deck and 3rd floor is master bedroom and sitting area with private balcony. I’d definitely stay here again and again.

It’s a beautiful home and very private. Lourdes always made herself available to help us with anything that was needed. Everything went smoothly from check in to check out. I would definitely stay here again!

We booked this house for a nice 8 day trip with our family. It ruined nearly our whole trip. The house is 35-40 minutes from the airport, which would have been fine... if it wasn't surrounded by a mosquito breeding swamp directly to the south and east. So many mosquitos we could not go out side and they were coming in the vents of the minisplit system. On the couch. In the bedsheets. Everywhere. BUT WAIT - THATS NOT ALL Don't forget the 3" roaches in the kitchen! We called the management company right after we found the first one and they knew instantly where the Raid was kept (guess we're not the first to complain). We killed 7 our first and only night. They moved us to a "comparable" house, which turned out to be a studio apartment a few miles away. How do you go from a 3 story house to a studio apartment? Vacasa, for 1 night in the roach house (as my kids called it) only refunded 40% of what we paid. So we paid nearly $5,000 for 1 night. STAY FAR AWAY. HORRIBLE PLACE.

This is a beautiful home. Very private. With beautiful views. They supply everything you need like, body wash, shampoo, dishes, towels, ac, washer & dryer, soap for dishes & laundry & much more. Here’s my complete honest opinion on things that could have created a better stay for us: -Water pressure is low & everyone can’t shower at once. -Located 20 min from the city which is fine until it’s night it’s a scary dark road to drive down. -I had to wash the sheets before sleeping they looked dingy. However, even with these negatives listed I would still revisit this home. Those are things that I myself can get over & the positives of this home outweighs the negatives to me.

This was truly a great find!!! The location was perfect, it was away from the town, it felt exclusive. The home was amazing, it was everything I wanted my vacation home to be. The view was breathtaking. We enjoyed our time there, and looking forward to returning one day soon.
