The plaza at La Isla Shopping Village is currently closed.

La Torre provides golf-cart shuttle service to Casa Club, the restaurant, the main pool, and the private beach.

Check-In Procedure

Upon arrival, go to the administration office in Casa Club, located in front of the complex's main entrance. Follow the signs to the administration desk on the ground floor.

All adults must register with an official identification document, and the responsible guest must sign the condominium regulations.

Security Deposit

According to the condominium regulations, stays ranging from one night to one year require a security deposit of $5,000 Mexican pesos, payable strictly in cash.

The deposit protects against damage to the condominium or common areas and will be refunded at check-out upon presentation of the corresponding receipt. This deposit is not paid to the host or Airbnb.

Apartment Access and Wristbands

After registration, guests may drive to the reception area of Torre Ibiza. The staff will provide the apartment key and assist with unloading luggage.

Each registered guest, including minors, will receive a wristband that must be worn throughout the stay. Guests will also receive two electronic cards that can be recharged as needed for food and beverage purchases in designated consumption areas where alternative payment methods are not accepted.

Any remaining balance will be refunded at the same location where the cards were recharged. Lost or misplaced cards are subject to an additional fee.

Housekeeping Service

Maid service and general assistance inside the apartment are included in the price and are available from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Electricity and Air Conditioning

Electricity is expensive in the area. Please use the air conditioning only while you are inside the apartment and keep the windows closed while it is running. This helps conserve energy and manage costs.

Additional Access Card

An additional apartment access card is available for an extra fee of $1,000 Mexican pesos per day.
