The Space

This luxury 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom Matapalo condo at the Diria Resort offers an exceptional location in Tamarindo. It overlooks a pristine garden area and a 10,000 square foot free-form pool with a swim-up bar.

Situated on the second level, the condo features a spacious balcony with ample outdoor seating. It is professionally decorated with high-end furnishings throughout.

The condo provides over 1,500 square feet of living space, allowing plenty of room for your group to relax. The living and dining areas are roomy and comfortable. Amenities include a flat-screen TV in the family room, cable TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and central air conditioning.

Both bedrooms are generously sized with private full bathrooms. The master bedroom includes a king bed and an en-suite bathroom. The guest bedroom offers two queen beds and its own full bathroom. There is also a convenient third bathroom near the main entrance.

Additional features include an inside utility room with a washer and dryer, a kitchen equipped with custom wood cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The condo also has an in-room safe, 24-hour security, secure parking, and elevator access.

Complimentary items provided for your convenience include salt, pepper, cooking oil, shampoo, soap, beach towels, folding beach chairs, and a cooler. Pool and beach towels, as well as foldable chairs, are available free of charge for use within the condo area.

If you need a travel crib, the concierge team can assist with arrangements, subject to availability and an additional fee.

Resort Access and Amenities

The condo is part of the Diria Resort, the only beachfront resort in Tamarindo. Guests staying in the condo have exclusive access to the 10,000 square foot free-form pool located directly in front of the unit. This includes access to Tamarindo Beach through the resort property, as well as the Diria shops and restaurants.

Please note that the breakfast buffet is not included in the rate but can be added for an extra cost, depending on availability.

Other hotel amenities such as towels, the Tropicana pool, lounge chairs, and the gym are reserved for hotel guests only.

To maintain security, identification of the person who made the reservation is required at check-in.

Guest Access

Guests have full access to the entire condo except for the owner's closet.

To use the resort facilities, each guest aged 12 and older must wear a bracelet. Prior to arrival, the concierge team will request the total number of guests along with full names and passport photos to prepare the bracelets in advance.

Tamarindo offers a wide range of activities including world-class surfing, diving, fishing, horseback riding, ATV tours, shopping, and dining. Popular day trips include visits to the volcano and white water rafting adventures.
