Villa Hoja

Overview

Enjoy a relaxing stay with a pool, jacuzzi, sweeping views, and two primary suites. Villa Hoja offers a comfortable sun-filled retreat for families or friends visiting Sayulita.

The property features a balcony with an outdoor bar and private jacuzzi or dipping pool overlooking the jungle. A shared pool is also just steps away.

Villa Hoja is centrally located, approximately a 10–15-minute walk from the plaza and beach.

The Space

Villa Hoja is part of a friendly community of five homes situated between two quaint boutique hotels.

The main level features an open living, dining, and kitchen area. The fully equipped kitchen includes:

• Microwave
• Toaster
• Cookware
• Dishwasher

This level also includes a full bathroom and two bedrooms:

• One bedroom has a primary suite with a private en suite bathroom.
• The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom, a single bed on top, and a single pull-out bed underneath.

A small patio off the kitchen offers views of the jungle.

Upstairs

The upper level includes:

• Third bedroom
• Laundry closet
• Office nook with fiber-optic Wi-Fi
• Balcony

The breezy balcony is a highlight of the home, with an outdoor bar, loungers, and a custom jacuzzi that can also be used as a cool dipping pool.

A spiral staircase leads to an open-air rooftop dining area, where you can enjoy the warm tropical air and sweeping views of the jungle hills and surrounding neighborhood.

Primary Suite

A few additional steps lead to the second primary suite. Large windows provide expansive jungle views, while the plush king-size bed and hammock swing offer comfortable places to relax.

The suite includes:

• Large walk-in closet
• Spacious en suite bathroom
• Oversized bath and shower
• Double sinks
• Dressing area
• Private access to the balcony and jacuzzi

All bedrooms feature new, high-quality pillow-top mattresses and air conditioning.

The pool is shared with one other home, which rarely uses it.

Important Information

Pets and service animals are strictly prohibited because the owner is severely allergic to cats and dogs.

On extremely rare occasions, the villa may lose power. When this happens, the solar power system can operate the standing fans, refrigerator, and cooktop.

The house is located above a local neighborhood, so you may hear roosters and dogs. During national holidays, you may also hear fiestas in the neighborhood.
