The pool offers beautiful sunset views toward Pie de la Cuesta. Guests have complete privacy and unrestricted access to the private pool.
Location
The house does not have beach access. Caleta, Caletilla, and the beaches along the coast are approximately 10 minutes away by car. Pie de la Cuesta is approximately 20 minutes away.
Guest Access
The pool is exclusively for guests and is not shared.
Guests have access to the entire house except for the top floor, which is used as a storage room. No one else lives on the property.
Please provide the number of guests who will be staying so the house can be prepared accordingly.
Additional Information
- The fixed rate covers one to 10 guests, including children and infants.
- No more than 15 people may stay at or visit the property, and the number of overnight guests may not exceed the number listed on the reservation.
- The house is provided clean. For additional cleaning, contact the person responsible for cleaning directly to confirm availability.
- The pool may need to be cleaned depending on its use. Please coordinate a cleaning schedule with the caretaker and avoid using the pool for approximately two hours afterward.
- A table and chairs are available for working from home. Please request them if needed.

I don't think it was worth the price. One bed was broken, we had to take the mattress off because it was impossible to sleep, the doors had to be closed all the time because anyone could enter, and the green area was totally neglected. The pool was dirty

Excellent experience. The accommodation was very clean, comfortable and as shown in the photos. The service was very good and everything was in order during our stay. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

The accommodation is very nice, and it has privacy. The area is very quiet. It is a property with large spaces and all the amenities, where you can create a great family atmosphere and excellent coexistence. The services in the surrounding area and the beaches are very close and central, so the house is well located.

The house in general is very nice, pleasant, quiet, the view is beautiful and communication with Ana Lilia was very clear, precise and accessible. Jerónimo is very attentive to everything. Close to everything (by car). The nearest is an Oxxo, but you have to walk a bit. It was definitely excellent value for the money. The only thing I would have asked for, if possible, is that the dishes for making our food were small for the number of people there. A saucepan would have been great instead of the pans 😅 🫣

The stay was good. Jerónimo and his staff were always attentive. The green areas need maintenance, and the beds in some rooms need to be replaced. The location and the place match. There is privacy and the area is quiet. The view is amazing. Thank you 👌🏽
