Guest Access

Arrival

Parking is conveniently located directly in front of the condo. If arriving by taxi or private transfer, drop-off is available at the entrance, where the team will welcome you and provide a tour.

Check-in

• Standard check-in is from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, with staff available to greet you and hand over keys in person.
• After 6:00 PM, check-in occurs at the reception desk with the security guard. Detailed access instructions will be provided.

Housekeeping and Concierge

• Complimentary housekeeping is provided once every seven days, including cleaning bathrooms and kitchen, making beds, and floor cleaning.
• Additional or more frequent cleaning services can be arranged through the concierge for an extra fee and subject to availability.
• The in-house concierge team is available to coordinate all aspects of your stay, working exclusively with trusted local vendors to ensure quality and safety. Only pre-approved service providers are allowed on the property.

Bedding and Towels

• For stays longer than seven days, fresh linens and towels are provided during the complimentary cleaning.
• Each unit includes a washer and dryer for guest use.
• Extra linen changes can be requested via the concierge for a small fee.

Utilities and Amenities

Electricity

• Occasional power outages may occur due to ongoing development and maintenance by Mexico's Federal Electricity Commission (CFE). These outages can be announced in advance but schedules may change.
• Outages tend to be more frequent and prolonged during rainy and hurricane seasons.
• Flashlights and rechargeable fans are available for guest use.
• To conserve energy, please turn off all air conditioners when leaving the unit, as they consume significant electricity even though they are inverter models.

Internet

• Wi-Fi network name and password will be provided upon arrival.
• For technical support, contact the concierge.
• Internet service may be disrupted during heavy rain or hurricanes.

Water

• Tap water is not safe for drinking or cooking but is suitable for brushing teeth and showering.

Waste Disposal

• Each unit has separate bins for organic and inorganic waste.
• Housekeeping will empty trash during complimentary cleanings.
• Larger waste bins are available outside the building for guest use.

Air Conditioning

• The recommended temperature setting for the mini-split air conditioners is 24°C (75°F).
• Please report any issues with the air conditioning promptly.
• Turn off air conditioning or heating when leaving the unit.

Hot and Cold Water

• In Mexico, turning the tap to the right dispenses cold water, and turning it to the left provides hot water.
• Hot water may take a few minutes to flow.

Additional Notes

This property offers a luxury boutique experience but is a privately owned residence, not a commercial hotel. Guests are asked to treat the furniture, linens, and towels with care. These items are high quality and should not be used for dyeing hair, cleaning shoes, or wiping spills such as red wine.

In cases of excessive dirtiness, damage, or permanent stains to linens, towels, or furniture, compensation may be requested through Airbnb for repair or replacement.
