- Smoking is not permitted inside the property. Do not throw litter from the balcony.
- Parties and disturbances are not allowed.
- Keep noise to a minimum between 11:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m.
- No additional guests are permitted on the property.
- Turn off the air conditioning and lights when leaving the property.
- Park only in the assigned parking space for the unit: space #4403. Do not block neighboring parking spaces.
- The speed limit within the community is 15 kilometers per hour.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Glass containers are not permitted in the pool or common areas.
- Loud music is not allowed in common areas.
- Dispose of garbage in the garbage chute. Littering from the balcony and leaving garbage in common areas are prohibited.
- Children under 10 years old must be supervised by an adult in the pool area and clubhouse.
- The use of drones is strictly prohibited.

The best place that I’ve stayed at thus far using Airbnb. The apartment looked better than the pictures. The view was stunning it was spacious modern and so sleek. I do plan on making that place my next stay in the near future. Everything we wanted to do were 10 minute drives away from us. Let this be your sign to BOOK THIS! You won’t regret it!

Great location for a family/group of six. Very spacious living room area and kitchen. All the amenities in the facility are clean and maintain daily . There are several pools available with plenty of area to lounge around. The view from the balcony is awesome. The complex is in a very good spot to go around Cabo or San Jose del Cabo. Highly recommend this place for a relax place to stay.

communication is bad, awful, non existent. I messaged 4days in advance requesting early check in because our flights were changed with no response. Messaged again the day before and received what appeared to be an automated message with check in instructions. Decided to go eat and do other things even though we all wanted to come shower because I received no response. Arrived 15 minutes before check in and cleaners were no where near finished so they offered to let us awkwardly wait in the balcony/couch while they cleaned. finished way after check in time and told us that the towels were not done so we had to do those ourselves. Contacted property again with pictures and all they offered was an apology and told us they would send the cleaning crew again mid stay to make up for it… never happened. still giving them four stars because the place really is nice, just as the pictures show. Prime location. W/ a parking spot. Just don’t expect a response. Awful first impression.

We really liked the apartment because of its location, décor, and comfort. The Vista Vela II condominium is very convenient because it is very close to squares and restaurants. We had no communication with the manager; we just followed the check-in and check-out instructions for the apartment.
