Created in collaboration with a local architect and Baja-based artisans, Casa Tebas features handcrafted furniture, regional materials, and subtle cultural details. The home reflects the spirit of La Paz while supporting local talent.

This spacious five-bedroom, three-bathroom home is designed for families and groups who value connection, comfort, and a strong sense of place. Open living areas, abundant natural light, and seamless indoor-outdoor flow make it easy to gather, cook, relax, and enjoy time together.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire property, including:

• All indoor and outdoor spaces
• Patios
• Rooftops
• Common areas
• Two private parking spaces inside the gated property

A washer and dryer are available upon request for an additional fee.

Casa Tebas is a peaceful home designed for comfort, connection, and celebration. Guests are asked to respect the neighbors and keep noise levels low, especially after 10 p.m.

The property is located in a quiet residential area, making it well suited to families and groups who value both privacy and convenience.

• A washer and dryer are available upon request for an additional fee.
• Pool maintenance and gardening may take place during longer stays. Guests will always be notified in advance.
• Occasional power or water fluctuations can occur in La Paz. We do our best to maintain your comfort if this happens.
• The property includes two private parking spaces inside the gate.
