Guest Access

Villa Descanso is a private home in a gated community. Guests have private access to the entire home and pool, except for the locked owner’s closet.

Important Information

Los Cabos is a growing resort area, and construction may occur at any time without notice. We do not control construction projects or schedules, but we will do our best to assist if construction causes an inconvenience.

House Rules

• The minimum age for all guests is 25. Children traveling with their parents are excluded from this requirement.
• The villa accommodates 12 single guests or 10 couples.
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m.
• Excessive noise is prohibited at all times.
• Disorderly conduct, nudity, and disrespectful treatment of security guards are not permitted.
• Noise or other disturbing behavior after 10:00 p.m. in a gated community may result in a fine.
• Fines of up to $3,000 may be issued without warning. Guests are fully responsible for paying any fines.
• Pets are not allowed unless specifically pre-authorized.
• Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
• Weddings, bachelor parties, bachelorette parties, and other events are not permitted unless specifically pre-authorized and the required event fee has been paid.
• The total number of guests at the property may not exceed the contracted occupancy for the reservation.
• The renter must disclose the number of people in the group and provide the name of every group member.
• By booking a reservation, you agree to sign the Rental Agreement within 24 hours and comply with all terms and conditions stated in it.

Occupancy and Children

Please list no more than two children under 12 in the “Children” field. The first two children stay free when sharing accommodations with their parents. Any additional children must be entered as adults.

Airbnb can accommodate bookings for up to 16 people. Ask us about rates for additional guests.

Holiday and Spring Break Restrictions

• A seven-night minimum stay applies when including December 25 or January 1.
• If the reservation includes both holidays, a 14-night minimum stay is required.
• High school and college spring break groups are not permitted without approval. An additional deposit is required.
