The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped for entertaining, and a dedicated study area with multiple workstations provides a functional space for guests balancing work and leisure.

Location

Villa Descanso is situated in a gated community within Pedregal, offering privacy and security. The villa provides private access to the entire home and pool area, excluding the locked owner’s closet.

Guest Access

Guests have exclusive use of the entire property, including the pool and outdoor spaces.

Policies and Important Information

• Maximum occupancy: 12 singles or 10 couples (up to 7 couples or 7 singles as noted)
• Minimum age for all guests is 25 years old, except for children traveling with parents
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 9:00 am; excessive noise is prohibited at all times
• Noise or disruptive behavior after 10:00 pm in the gated community may result in fines
• No pets allowed unless pre-authorized
• Smoking is prohibited inside the villa
• Events such as weddings, bachelor or bachelorette parties require prior authorization and payment of an event fee
• Occupancy limits must be respected, and all guests must be disclosed with names provided
• Only two children under 12 may be listed in the “Children” field; the first two children stay free when sharing accommodations with parents, additional children must be counted as adults
• Fines up to $3,000 may be imposed for violations including excessive noise, disorderly conduct, nudity, or disrespect toward security personnel
• A 7-night minimum stay is required for December 25 and January 1; if booking both holidays, a 14-night minimum applies
• High school and college spring break groups are not permitted without approval and an additional deposit
• Airbnb bookings accommodate up to 16 people; inquire about rates for additional guests
