A pretty well-located place. Excellent value for the money.

Un lugar bastante bien ubicado relación calidad precio excelente

The apartment is very nice and clean. It has all the things they offered, and it is very close to Paseo Cayala and the American Embassy. The only thing is that the app didn't work very well. I had a hard time seeing the directions, but I appreciate that the host provided me with all the information through another means, which was very helpful.

The location is excellent and the check-in staff is friendly, but if you are going to use it for a family stay and therefore need to receive visitors, it is not a good option. The apartment is not exactly nice, and it's far from functional. Please keep that in mind.

Thanks for taking the time to share your experience. We're glad to hear that you highlight the great location and the friendliness of the check-in staff. We're sorry that some aspects of the apartment were not to your liking. The design and layout correspond to the architecture of the building and, as shown in the listing photos, guests can review these details before booking. Regarding visitors, our listing clearly states that they are not allowed due to building policies. However, in order to support you during your stay, we made an exception by authorizing the entry and exit of your son and an additional person, seeking to provide you with as much flexibility as possible. We also appreciate your feedback on the shower, air conditioners, and cleanliness. We have reviewed these points with our team to continue improving the experience for our future guests. We appreciate your feedback and will continue to work to provide the highest-quality stays.

Extremely modern, lovely home, lots of amenities, very clean and safe. It was an ideal location, 3 minute Uber ride to Cayala. Very responsive host, would highly recommend.

A well-located apartment, ideal for business or a trip to the city

Thank you very much for your stay. We hope you enjoyed your visit and had an excellent experience. It will be a pleasure to welcome you again!

Although it is well located, the apartment felt dirty, the sheets were stained, there was no real solution. They only informed us that there was no cleaning staff available, that they would arrive on the day of our departure.
