Wonderful property! From the safeness, to the esthetics of the property, to the beautiful views, to the amazing and attentive staff that includes - Roldofo, Lorenzo, Carmen, & Tomasa our experience could not be better. We thoroughly enjoyed all the amenities the property offers and spending time at this location will feed your soul with peace. Thank you Kuxtal Residences for allowing this stay to happen for us. Absolutely breathtakingly beautiful villa! The courtyard was my favorite— could have spent all day there. Very walkable to town — we only took an Uber when we needed to go to an adjacent town. Rooms were spacious and clean. Def bring bug spray as the mosquitos were out and about. Staff were so attentive and kind. Would absolutely come back.

My family & I were extremely impressed at this beautiful luxury home and spectacular amenities it provides. The atmosphere and architecture is an elegant representation of the Antigua culture. What superseded this already luxury experience was the amazing service provided by the home care takers Luis and Carmen from Kuxtal. They welcomed us and assisted in every aspect of our needs during our stay. We enjoyed the pool, the food, the drinks and the unforgettable family bonding time thanks to Luis and Carmen. We have had the privilege of staying at this luxurious property multiple times and each stay is such a joy. The staff is devoted to making your visit perfect, from immaculate courtyard to delicious meals to catering to all your needs. Beautiful views of Volcans di Aqua and Fuego. Lovely gated neighborhood to enjoy leisurely morning walks. We look forward to returning.
