Everything was perfect, the swimming pool with its lights and waterfall was mesmerizing. Great location it was walking distance to lots of restaurants and Central Park.

Wow Big big big bang for your money private swimming pool air-conditioning very nice woodwork inside high ceilings maybe 30 feet all my friends from the hotels came in and wished they were staying in my place. I guess that says it all.

Our family of 5 had an amazing week at this incredible find. The pool was where we spent most of our time to beat the mid-day heat. The space was pristine; the kind cleaning lady visited twice and a pool guy even came out once to clean the pool. Heydi was immediately responsive to any questions or concerns we had. She even helped us arrange for our final middle-of-the-night trip to the airport. Bedrooms were so comfortable and we were grateful for the air conditioning they provided! This location is close to everything: we walked to all the major sites in Granada, restaurants, the supermarket, and our boat tour on the lake. Perfect spot for families or anyone who wants to be awed by a beautiful colonial home.

From the moment we arrived, we knew we had found a gem! Heydi was incredibly welcoming and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we could possibly need. The location was ideal—close to nearby restaurants (Kathy's Waffle House and La Hacienda were daily stops), the lake, and Central Park (the city's main tourist plaza), yet peaceful enough to truly relax. The thoughtful touches, like the pool swing, pool towels, and filtered water, made our stay extra special. All 3 bedrooms were incredibly comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the outdoor space and pool were a dream! Whether you're looking for a cozy getaway or a home base to explore the area, this Airbnb is a perfect choice. I have been to Granada several times. I always try to get one of Heidi's properties, but they were all full for my dates. I reluctantly rented someone else's. I was completely ripped off. After a weeklong fight with Airbnb support to do the right thing, I found myself stranded over 3000 miles from home. One call to Heidi & problem solved. She got me into this amazing, clean & well stocked property in the heart of everything Granada has to offer. This house is completely finished. It is much more than any description or photos could ever completely show. Heidi & her staff are on the ball. You will never need anything & they are there to make sure of that. The bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen, pool are ready for you. The one bad thing about Heidi & this property is that your expectations will change for every other place & host you deal with. Heidi is a lot more than a host; she is also your tour guide & new trusted friend. She & her business partner Erick also speak perfect English. Bonus!

The entire stay was amazing. From Heydi's initial contact to when Eric showed us around the house. Elsa kept the place extremely clean. The host was incredible at making us feel at home, she messaged several times making sure we had everything we needed. Lastly, the pool was kept very clean, the cleaner came twice during our stay. We really appreciated having a fresh pool. Highly recommended!

Casa Emma is a wonderful Colonial home in the heart of Granada. The house had everything you needed, was close to restaurants, churches and the park. Plenty of space to relax and enjoy the fabulous pool. Heydi was extremely responsive and provided clear instructions and checked-in with us regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. Plenty of fans throughout the home and A/C in the rooms to cool you down. The kitchen had all the necessary appliances for those that want to cook up a meal. This was great for our family birthday celebration in Granada. Would definitely recommend staying at Casa Emma if you are planning a trip to Granada.
