The Ph was in a beautiful, quiet, central location, close to the mall, pharmacies, restaurants, restaurants, it is extremely comfortable, many rooms, the kitchen is spacious and comfortable, I would stay many more times

First, the positives: The condo is huge and good for a large group. The location is good and the building itself is nice. The views are wonderful. Now, the negatives: the condo has only the bare minimum. It is huge and there is very little furniture in the place. There is one TV to the whole place. We had 8 people and were provided initially with one set of keys until I asked for more and then got one more set. Still with 8 people and just two sets of keys it became very problematic getting into and out of the building and into the condo and we were having to constantly coordinate if anyone had to run out for errands and such. There were just 2 hangers per person and two towels per bedroom. there is not a lot of hot water, lukewarm showerThis condo could be great but really it needs some TLC. Also, there was no shampoo or soap just conditioner. I just think for the price these little things should be attended to. Also, there was no welcome book with any suggestions regarding the area.

While it was initially difficult to find the building, cab drivers seemed unfamiliar with the area and there don’t seem to be street addresses, the apartment was beautiful, spacious and spotless. It had more than enough space for our party of 7 (two families with 3 teens) to sleep, eat, and relax in the two living rooms. The views from the windows on both sides of the apartment were spectacular and the doormen were very helpful and friendly, if limited in their English.
