The Space
Situated in the historic heart of Granada, Nicaragua, this spacious adobe house has been carefully restored to maintain its colonial charm.
Our Selva Family Rooms combine the Motmot Junior Suite and the Gecko Comfort room, making them ideal for families of up to four adults plus one small child. Both rooms are located on the second floor.
The Junior Suite features a king-size bed, a sofa bed, and a balcony that overlooks the hotel's central patio. The Comfort room includes a queen-size bed.

The customer service was excellent. Parking is a few blocks away but they picked us up after we parked and dropped us off after checking out. Larry went above and beyond serving us at the restaurant. We had a great time watching the World Cup. The breakfast was perfect. The rooms very clean and comfy. If you like a quite and good customer service, this is your place to stay and is walking distance tourist spots, La calzada, etc.

Todo fue excelente, la ubicación, las habitaciones, la limpieza y el desayuno. Recomendaría hospedarse y sin duda volvería. Único detalle que no se si en la descripción estaba, es q el parqueo estaba a unos 500 o 600 metros x lo q hay q caminar un poco. Por lo demas todo muy bien.

we had an excellent stay at Casa Estrada. The location was excellent, close to everything but quiet. Staff were all attentive, professional, and friendly. Will definitely stay there again.

A clear five stars. This place is absolutely gorgeous. And the staff are a delight! Slept like a log and the included breakfast was very appreciated. Everything was wonderful!

Très bon hôtel , très bien placé, la chambre était superbe, le petit déjeuner était bon et le service de bonne qualité. C’est vraiment un hôtel où je retournerai, très bon rapport qualité prix
