Solaria Villas is set on a white-sand beach, just steps from the Caribbean Sea and one-quarter mile from the world’s second-largest barrier reef. The property combines harmonious architectural forms, natural materials, rustic elegance, and luxurious finishes.

Solaria Villas II and III may be rented together as one combined unit at a discounted rate for groups of up to 16 guests, or reserved for private personal use. The complex contains three villas, although only Solaria Villas II and III are available for rental. Solaria I is used occasionally by the owner.

The villas are located 3.2 miles north of the town bridge and just 0.5 miles from Secret Beach Road. Each villa spans three stories and features:

• A custom-crafted spiral wooden staircase
• Spacious gourmet kitchens designed for entertaining
• Open living and dining areas extending onto verandas overlooking the Caribbean Sea
• Expansive master suites with king-size beds
• Comfortable, sophisticated armchairs

Each villa has a distinctive layout:

• Casa Bomba includes a kitchen, dining area, and living room on the ground floor; two guest bedrooms on the split level; one master bedroom on the second floor; and another master bedroom on the upper split level.
• Solaria III features a living room on the ground floor; two guest bedrooms on the lower split level; a kitchen, dining area, and living room on the second level; and another master bedroom on the upper split level.

Outdoor Features

The property includes:

• A central swimming pool
• A lounging pool
• A white-sand beach with a wading area
• A dock for swimming
• Lush tropical landscaping with mature foliage
• Ample parking
• Six kayaks for guest use
• A mooring buoy at the reef in front of the villas

The reef is only a short paddle away. A generator is available to help maintain power continuity during outages, and an onsite caretaker is available to assist with your needs.

Each unit also includes multiple flat-screen televisions for indoor entertainment.

Events and Weddings

Solaria Villas is well suited for weddings and other celebrations. We can connect you with experienced event planners and catering services. Your concierge works with major wedding planners serving Belize and can help you find the right match. Ambergris Caye is also home to award-winning photographers who can capture your special occasion.

Housekeeping and Linens

Housekeeping can be arranged before arrival for an additional fee. Please contact us for complete details. Each villa includes a full supply of fresh linens.

After booking, guests receive access to our regularly updated Mobile Guest Guide. The guide includes information about traveling to Belize, restaurants, bars, beaches, and activities. It is integrated with Google Maps to make navigating the island easier, and listings are linked to TripAdvisor. Many restaurant menus are included as well.

The guide is searchable, allowing you to quickly find options such as nearby seafood or vegetarian restaurants. We offer full concierge services and can arrange tours, flights, transportation, and golf cart rentals without additional booking fees.

Environmental Considerations

Please help protect the environment during your stay by conserving water. The property’s cisterns are supplied by rainwater and delivered water.

We also ask that you:

• Run the washing machine and dryer only with full loads
