Villa Punto Pelícano

We had an amazing time. Outdoor area is perfect for relaxing, different areas to relax in. Sonia and her husband were so pleasant. We were celebrating a birthday on the day of arrival and we coordinated with her to have dinner (pupusas that were delicious) and a cake from a local bakery ready on arrival. They were ready to assist with recommendations. Would come back for sure!

The accommodation is amazing. The views are so beautiful that it doesn't seem real, but they are. However, there are things to keep in mind. Access is quite difficult for small cars. If you don't know how to maneuver, you can lose your rear end because of how steep that slope is when you arrive at the accommodation. I think that should be taken into account. Otherwise, the place has everything you need and more. The rules are clear and the place is impeccable. I saw reviews that said the place needed remodeling, but I think they already did it because everything looked very good and practical. Although the host showed very little interest in our arrival, the accommodation met our expectations very well.

Its Absolutely a beautiful house completely worth it, it just needs to be a little bit updated, the shower heads for sure will need to be at least maintenanced or updated. The water pressure was off One of the toilets wasn't working, and some of the kitchen appliances need to be more updated or a bit more modern .So for example, the coffee maker would probably be a better idea. If it was updated once we put it to brew it was spilling everywhere.

Rafa place was beautiful. It’s a lot of stairs and a huge hill to drive up so if you are not able to get up and down stairs it might not work for you but if stairs are not a problem then you would love everything about this place. The view of the ocean each morning was beautiful. Definitely would recommend this place.

My family and I had an amazing time at Rafas place! The views were breathtaking and felt right at home. Sonia and Ricardo were also amazing and so helpful, their cooking was amazing!! I will be back again to stay here, I loved everything about it!

Beautiful Sunsets and amazing, peaceful mornings. I generally am not a pool person but I gravitated to the pool throughout my stay. Perhaps the view. The place was quiet, very peaceful. The staff on hand worked behind the scenes. I only knew they had been around because the trash was emptied daily. I will definitely be returning.
