I had no real issues with the apartment. Getting situated is not overly easy, but that is because the building is very secure... the parking garage is in a different location than the entrance, on the backside of the building not the main entrance. When we arrived, the WIFI wasn't working, and it took a day or two to get it up and functional .... the host communicated about it and made the calls to the company to get things reset. I really like the location.

My wife and I really enjoyed the apartment beautiful view great location bear secured feeling area and the host was just great we will definitely come back and stay with Eric and his apartment we really love the view and the staff everyone there was just great

Elias is a superhost for a reason. He is very accommodating, professional and easy to talk to. This was our second Airbnb with him. We chose him because we enjoyed his other listings and the views they provided. I would highly recommend this place and his other locations.

This apartment has a beautiful view of the Bay of Panama which I never tired of looking at. I enjoyed using the gym and the pool (both located on the 40th floor). The Riba Smith grocery store is within easy walking distance as is the Catholic church, Nuestra Senora del Carmen. On Sundays, between 6am-noon, the roadway across the street parallel to the bay (Cinta Costera), is closed to traffic and everyone of all ages takes advantage to stroll, ride bikes, roller blade or run enjoying the sunshine and warm breeze. Elias is a great host and was extremely responsive throughout and especially when I contacted him about some minor issues or questions I had.

EEC’s place was nice. The bed was especially comfortable and the area was beautiful. The furniture however is old and needs to be replaced. The tvs did not work and it took two days for Eec to come and fix the problem. The tvs only broadcast in Spanish. EEC’s place was listed as a beachfront property and that was my reason for booking it. It was only after I arrived that I found out there is no beach. I had to complain to Airbnb because Eec was unresponsive. I did receive a partial refund, but not enough to make up for not having a beach. I will not stay there again.

Had a great time in this flat. spacious, comfortable and very well equipped. Rooftop pool is great! Flat has everything thing you need and it is well located. Elias was very helpful and a nice host! Thanks
