Casa Kaimana

The Space

Casa Kaimana is a garden retreat offering stunning jungle views, located close to both the Pilon break, ideal for intermediate to advanced surfers, and Beginner Bay. The property features a saltwater pool with a small amount of chlorine, perfect for cooling off. Situated near the end of a private road, the area is peaceful and quiet. A 4x4 vehicle is recommended, especially during the rainy season.

The house includes:

• Two bedrooms
• One bathroom
• Combined kitchen and living area
• Two large covered decks providing additional living space

The saltwater pool is cleaned daily. The garden is home to a variety of fruit trees, including mango, avocado, plantain, banana, orange, and lime, along with many fragrant plants. Wildlife such as monkeys, macaws, toucans, and sloths inhabit the jungle in front of the house.

Beyond surfing, the area offers numerous activities such as:

Guest Access

Guests can enjoy a private gated entrance to their suite at Casa Kaimana. Shared amenities include:

• Yoga deck
• Saltwater pool
• Outdoor shower
• Gardens filled with tropical flowers and fruit trees

Parking is available on the road above the property. This setting provides a peaceful environment combining privacy with natural beauty.

Important Information

• The roads leading to Casa Kaimana are unpaved but accessible with two-wheel drive. A 4x4 vehicle is advisable during the peak rainy season for exploring inland routes.
• Costa Rica’s natural environment includes various insects and wildlife. To help keep them outside, please keep doors and windows closed when not in use, use the provided bug screens, clean up food waste promptly, and store food securely.
• To protect the septic system, please dispose of toilet paper in the bins provided instead of flushing.
• Costa Rica emphasizes conservation of electricity and water. Please turn off lights and fans when not needed and use water mindfully.
• Fresh towels and sheets are supplied. Additional linens are available upon request.
• Waste disposal is organized with designated collection areas. Assistance is available if needed.
• Before entering the casita or pool, please rinse off sand using the outdoor showers and foot baths to maintain cleanliness.
