Guest Access

All guests staying at our listings have access to the rooftop terrace, which offers spectacular views of the volcano. The terrace is furnished with tables and chairs, providing a relaxing spot to enjoy the scenery.

Other Information

Early Arrival or Late Departure

We understand that guests often arrive before check-in or need to leave after check-out. To accommodate this, we provide a secure area within the housekeeper’s space where you can safely store your luggage during these times.

Cleaning

Cleaning is included after your departure. Rafaela, our dedicated housekeeper, maintains the highest cleaning standards to ensure the apartment is spotless. While we strive to keep the space insect-free, please note that due to the tropical mountain location, some insects may be present. We recommend keeping doors and windows closed, especially at night.

Towels and Bed Linen

For stays of one to two nights, we provide one towel per person. Towels for outdoor activities are not supplied, as most tour operators and hot springs provide them when needed. All bed linens, including blankets and accessories, are replaced and laundered after each guest’s departure as part of our thorough cleaning routine.

Water Quality

La Fortuna benefits from a high-quality water supply, making tap water safe to drink both in the apartment and throughout the town. However, purchasing bottled water remains an option if preferred.
