Our experience was very positive. The space stands out for its privacy and for having an excellent pool area. In addition, its location makes it easy to get around on foot, with a shopping plaza just a short walk away. Everything met our expectations.

Our stay was excellent. The Airbnb is in very good condition. Everything was clean, well maintained, and very well organized. The place is elegant, modern, and has everything you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay. The decor is very nice and the space feels cozy. It's definitely a place I would recommend and would gladly return to. Excellent experience!

We stayed at Mauricio's PH for 2 months. Everything was as shown in the photos. The apartment is super comfortable and spacious, and it has everything you need. Mauricio was an excellent host, quickly addressing all the needs that came up. Not to mention the location. You can walk to Plaza La Isla in 5 minutes. My children enjoyed the pool and the children's area, and we enjoyed the gym. Highly recommended!

Everything is great except for the interior doors, which are difficult to open, and the air conditioning was dirty. Apart from that, the place is beautiful and exactly as described in the photos. 10/10.

The AIRBNB's location is excellent! Located right next to Isla Mérida. The only issue is that the apartment looks a bit old (it looked nicer in the photos). We found spoiled food in the microwave, the shower in the downstairs bathroom barely had any water, and the bathroom windows also looked a bit dirty. I think there are many areas for improvement.👍🏼
