Casa Adobe is a private wellness retreat located 90 minutes from CDMX. It offers a heated pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, and 5,000 square meters of complete privacy—ideal for slowing down and fully disconnecting.

Designed for couples, families, and close friends who value peaceful, meaningful time together, the home is well suited to weekend getaways. Many guests find that two nights are not enough and return for longer stays.

Casa Adobe is one of the few homes in Malinalco offering this level of space, privacy, and wellness for weekend visits. Availability fills quickly.

The Space

Casa Adobe combines a special atmosphere with a relaxed design that is easy to enjoy from the moment you arrive.

Layout

The home has three bedrooms, each with a private bathroom:

• Bedroom 1: One queen bed and one single bed
• Bedroom 2: Two single beds
• Bedroom 3: One queen bed

The living room also includes one sofa bed.

The living room, kitchen, and terrace are separate from the bedrooms, reflecting the layout of traditional Malinalco homes. The fully equipped kitchen includes:

• Refrigerator
• Stove and oven
• Microwave
• Dishwasher
• Washing machine and dryer
• Complete cookware and tableware

Fast Wi-Fi is available in the main social areas, including the living room and pool area. The living room offers spacious seating for card games, family time, and relaxing evenings.

Several coffee makers are provided. Guests who prefer Nespresso should bring their own capsules.

Private gardens surround the wellness area, which is centered around the heated pool, outdoor Jacuzzi, terrace, and Finnish-style sauna.

Please note that there are stairs at the entrance and a few steps throughout the property. Pets are welcome.

Guest Access

Access is through the main entrance of Alcarria Condominium. Casa Adobe is the second house on the right, identified by a large palm tree and a wooden front door.

The gated condominium offers a secure and peaceful environment. A local team is available daily from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM, except Sundays, to assist when needed.

Check-in begins at 2:00 PM. Please provide your estimated arrival time in advance so we can coordinate a smooth arrival.

Optional Add-On

• Late check-out until 5:00 PM: $2,500 MXN, subject to availability

Good to Know

• Days are generally warm, while winter evenings can be cooler. A light sweater is recommended.
• A gaucho-style grill is available.
• A starter bag of charcoal is provided for your first evening.
• One 20-liter bottle of water is included for your stay.
• Additional wood, charcoal, and consumables can be arranged at the guest’s expense.

Safety

• The pool and Jacuzzi area is not gated. Children must be supervised at all times.

Local Context

During the dry season, authorized officials may occasionally access nearby irrigation channels, known as “apantles.” Access is brief, and timing may vary.
