Guest Access
Due to the building’s security policies, online check-in must be completed on our website before arrival, and valid identification is required for access.
Upon arrival, you and your companions must register in the lobby with the front desk staff, who will provide access to the building.
You may leave your luggage in the storage room. If you arrive early, bags may also be left at reception.

We have no words, other than to thank you. The place is incredible. It feels new and modern, with very nice architecture. The facilities are 10 out of 10. The only thing is that at night you can easily hear when other guests arrive at their rooms, but only when they are in the hallway. Otherwise, everything is perfect! Thank you very much. We highly recommend it, and of course we'll stay there again!

Absolutely loved our stay here and would definitely stay again! Staff was so friendly and helpful. The room was always cleaned immaculately also. Highly recommend the bakery next door too- my partner and I visited every day because of how sweet the staff was, and how delicious the treats/breakfast were! Amazing location as well.

Excellent from the time of booking. The hosts were always attentive. The check-in was super flexible. Everyone was very friendly. The accommodation was very good. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. Definitely, I would stay at Kukun again.

Nice space. Definitely smaller than the pictures showed. So little space in the bathroom so it wouldn’t fit two people conveniently. However, the location is perfect for walking/getting around. Staff was great and very helpful, Mike especially! Nice stay overall

In Overall is a great place. My only complain is that the doors are two thin, i could hear in the morning everything in the hallway. Apart from that . Great Place

They are much smaller. From what you see in the photos, and they left me waiting outside for 30 minutes due to mistakes made by their staff. Poor communication.

From my best Airbnb experiences. The place is practically new, impeccably clean and very well kept. It's small, but perfectly utilized: ideal for resting and being comfortable. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. We always had hot water, and the room has a pleasant aroma with a very elegant touch. The details make the difference: Nespresso capsules, honey, sweeteners, earplugs; very complete amenities. We didn't even get to use some of them. The location is excellent: coffee shops, bakeries, breakfasts, stalls, taco stands, bars and restaurants are very close by. We walked to practically everything. The service was exceptional, both from the cleaning staff and from reception, who were always friendly and helpful. The place still has that new smell, and you can tell that everything is newly done and very well kept. I would definitely stay here again.

The place is exactly as shown in the photos. The price is commensurate with how nice it is. Also, there is not much loud noise in the surroundings or inside the place. You can sleep in peace, and the location is very friendly, with many places you can visit in the city.
