The Space

It sits just 200 meters from the beach along a private path and is within walking distance of various restaurants and cafés. Surrounded by lush gardens, the property features a private pool, two outdoor showers, a yoga deck, and multiple outdoor areas designed for relaxation. This home is ideal for couples, families, or small groups.
The property is a secure, four-walled residence equipped with a new security system and friendly neighbors. The fully stocked kitchen includes counter seating for four. The open-plan main floor extends to an outdoor living space with a large shaded dining table, perfect for gatherings with family and friends. Indoor and outdoor areas flow seamlessly, making it easy to lounge or enjoy evening cocktails.
All three bedrooms are air-conditioned and have ensuite bathrooms. Two bedrooms offer king-sized beds, while the third has a queen bed and a desk. High-speed fiber-optic internet is included.
Guest Access
Guests have parking available for two cars behind a secure gate. Golf carts and quads are popular and convenient ways to explore Nosara, with many rental options nearby; however, they tend to book quickly. Bicycles are also an excellent choice, with numerous jungle and beach trails to explore.
Location
Playa Pelada is a favorite spot known for its easy access to waves, natural beauty, stunning sunsets, tide pools, and calm swimming areas. For experienced surfers, Playa Pelada offers a point break right in front of La Luna, and Olga’s is a great place to enjoy a drink after surfing. Playa Guiones, the most consistent surf beach in Nosara, is only a 10-minute drive or a 15-minute walk along the beach.
Additional Information
The hosts are a family of surfers who have frequented this area of Costa Rica for years. The property management team is available before and during your stay to assist with booking airport transfers, fishing trips, horseback riding, tours, spa treatments, and other local activities.
Twice-weekly cleaning and laundry services are included to ensure a hassle-free stay.

This house was perfect for our family and in such a great location—quick walk to the beach, restaurants, bars, markets and coffee. The hosts were super responsive and lovely to work with before and during our stay! Gorgeous pool area, perfect kitchen and living area for the family to relax, super clean, and had everything we needed for a great stay. We’ll definitely return to this house again and again when we visit Nosara!

From check in to the end of our stay, this place was amazing! Our flight was delayed but Rebeca still came to the house to greet us and show us everything around the house. Location was great, close to the beach and great food options. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved our time staying here! A really beautiful place with gorgeous flowers surrounding the entire property 🌸🌺💐 also a really great location walking distance to delicious restaurants and a reasonably priced mini super for the area. Of course best of all is being steps away from the stunning sunset at playa pelada ✨💖✨

The house is incredible. It looks exactly like the photos. The location is really great—close to a path that is a very short distance to a less populated, but beautiful beach. Also close to another path that leads to el Chico and Sunrise Cafe. The pool at the house is great for an alternative to the beach. The outdoor eating and sitting area is a great place to have dinner and hang out. The only tiny thing I would note is to be well aware that the house does not allow access to a washer/dryer. The listing is very clear about this, but I wrongly assumed that we would have a W/D, which is really useful with a family. That said, the cleaning staff came halfway through our week and did our laundry for us.

what a beautiful villa in beautiful Nosara. Everything really was perfect and our contact, Pablo, was amazing! All shuttles were well organized, activities booked for us, great communications and suggestions. The cleaners were lovely as were the drivers and the in house cooks! We loved every minute. Absolutely loved this place, the host and staff were amazing! Any time we needed something, they were quickly on it. Highly recommend renting a car or atvs to get around as it’s all dirt roads to the Airbnb. Would definitely stay here again!!!
