We had a great time here, it was a beautiful location and the host were responsive to any questions we had. If we had to do it all over again, we would book this place again!

Excelente departamento en un complejo de departamentos privado. Mich (la anfitriona) excelente y siempre al pendiente de nuestros mensajes. Respondía muy rápido. Nos tocó el huracán Beryl durante nuestra estancia y las recomendaciones y atención nos ayudaron mucho. En general todo excelente con el departamento y la anfitrión. En cuanto al complejo, hay que tener en cuenta las reglas del mismo y por lo que no lo recomiendo para familias con niños pequeños, porque por ejemplo no permiten inflables dentro de la alberca lo que podría ser un dealbreaker para niños pequeños, en nuestro caso sin problema porque nuestros hijo son de 12 y 13 ya. En cuanto a la zona, es una playa que esta bien aunque en esta época (verano) hay mucho sargazo. A unos 40 metros por la playa esta el restaurant Puerto Santo que es una excelente alternativa y muy rico. En general todo excelente y definitivamente regresaremos.

Driving into the property, I knew I made a mistake by booking this unit. The area looks sketchy and the front entrance area looks dirty. The security guard at the main gate just let us in. Did not ask to see our reservation or anything confirming our identity. We drove around to security gate 3 per the check in instructions. While driving there a pack of wild dogs chased our car. The gate guard contacted a manager who was really nice and helpful to continue our check in. Sidenote: There is a dilapidated building that is a huge eye soar by gate 3. The property is not well kept. The unit itself looks way better online than in person. The unit is outdated and extremely hot. We were instructed not to use the AC past 20 and to turn off when leaving or we could be charged additional fees. This made it extremely difficult to keep the unit cool. The water in the shower only stays hot for 5 mins at a time. You will have to restart to maintain a hot shower. I was not pleased at all.

I came to Cancun for a quick weekend trip and this Airbnb was perfect! There were clear instructions and Host was very flexible! The unit looked exactly like the photos and it was extremely clean. The beds were really comfy. The complex itself was very quiet and peaceful, but still close to restaurants and the rest of Cancun so easy to get around. The location is next to the beach and has a huge pool, but still quiet and peaceful. I have no complaints! I would definitely rebook, thanks again for the stay!
