The host knew I was coming with the young children and didn’t tell us that the balcony door lock was broken. Very dangerous. Kept me up at night just thinking of that broken lock

This Airbnb was a good budget-friendly option for our stay in Cancun. We really appreciated the security, which made us feel safe the entire time, and the location was convenient—close to the Ultramar ferry, OXXO, and only about 12 minutes from the Hotel Zone. We walked to OXXO almost every day, even early in the morning or late at night, and always felt safe. The host was very responsive and even provided an extra crib for my twins, which I really appreciated. The bedrooms stayed cool, but the living room and kitchen area got pretty hot since the AC didn’t seem to cool that space well. The building and room do feel older, and the elevator is very small and doesn’t have AC, but since the unit is on the third floor, the stairs weren’t too bad. Overall, a solid option if you’re looking for something affordable in a safe area.

We had a great stay! We had 1 baby and 2 toddlers and they were very accommodating of our needs. The condo complex is well kept - the pool was amazing, the beach was calm and there is a great restaurant right on the beach. The condo itself was very spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. Slightly further from the hotel zone - but it was a short car ride to get there! Highly recommended.

Very good service, delivered as promised. The only problem was the bad smell that came out of the master bedroom bathroom at night, although after we reported it, they immediately addressed the two complaints we made about it.
