This beautiful vacation home is situated in the secure gated community of Ventanas Residences, perched high on the hill above Cabo with panoramic views of the area. The residence provides all the essential amenities to help you unwind and enjoy your vacation.
Spanning 2,163 square feet, the home features an open-concept kitchen, living, and dining area. Sliding glass doors lead out to the pool terrace, which is accompanied by three individually air-conditioned bedrooms. The master bedroom includes a romantic king-size bed, a walk-in closet, and a private en suite bathroom with an oversized shower.
Relax on the terrace or by the private pool, or enjoy a barbecue with friends and family.

Case de Rosas was very comfortable and perfect for our family. We wanted to be closer to downtown but without all the chaos and crowds.

We had such a great stay here. The villa was clean and spacious for us, we always felt like we had enough room. The villa was well equipped with everything we needed for our weeks stay and enjoyed trying out the pizza oven! It was such an added bonus to have our own pool and hot tub too, we did use the community pool as well as this was heated and it was always so quiet it felt like our own private pool as well. The grounds are all well developed and are great to stroll around as well. Location wise, we were close to Costco and a couple of good supermarkets, around about a 5 min drive away. Christina our host was always kind, helpful and quick to respond. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Patricia was an excellent host. Whenever I had questions or encountered any issues, she was prompt in her responses. Unfortunately, there was construction happening near our neighborhood, resulting in a lot of debris in the area that was getting into the pool. Consequently, we weren’t able to use the pool as much as we had planned. However, we did spend most of our time relaxing in the jacuzzi. One thing I would like to suggest for future guests is to improve the water pressure and temperature in the bathroom shower. It didn’t get as hot as I had anticipated.

The place was amazing, and as described. The pictures made the place seem bigger than it actually is, especially the pool and the area around it, but for a family of four (two adults and 2 kids), it was a good size. The location was great , quiet, and peaceful, but if you needed anything from a store, you had to drive at least 10 minutes to buy anything since there is nothing within walking distance. Money wise is a great deal for the house and the space you get. If the location is available next year when we do our yearly trip, I would definitely be looking to stay here again.
