Overview

Casa @Majahualt is a cozy home overlooking Majahualt Beach, combining comfort with a natural setting. It is well suited to families, friends, and digital nomads, with airy spaces and a peaceful atmosphere.

Enjoy an early-morning swim, a walk along the beach, or sunset relaxation in a hammock. The house is away from the noise while remaining close to essential amenities.

The Space

Casa Majahualt is a spacious, comfortable two-story home with four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms.

First Floor

The house is surrounded by tropical forest and overlooks the beach from morning through sunset. Guests can enjoy the private pool, barbecue area, and spacious areas designed for relaxation and entertainment.

Guest Access

Guests have exclusive access to the entire house, including:

• Kitchen
• Common areas
• Swimming pool
• Barbecue area

The only reserved space is a room behind the kitchen, where the couple responsible for caring for the property lives.

Additional Information

A couple lives on the property and helps with its maintenance and care. They stay in a separate room behind the kitchen. They are discreet and friendly and can provide basic assistance if needed during your stay.

Juanitas Kitchen is just a few steps from the house and serves local food. Guests who pay in cash and mention that they are staying at Casa Majahualt receive a 5% discount.

Horseback riding on the beach is also available during your stay. Advance coordination is required, and an additional fee applies. Once your reservation is confirmed, assistance with arranging the experience is available.

The house is located one street from one of Nicaragua’s most secluded beaches and a 15-minute walk along the sand from an excellent surfing area.

Because the property is surrounded by nature, insects and wild animals may occasionally be present. Check-in is flexible; however, arrivals after 6:00 p.m. may encounter wind, leaves, or insects in the air.

Due to construction of the La Costanera road, occasional power outages may occur. Electricity is usually restored within a couple of hours.
