It is ideal for families, groups of friends, or digital nomads seeking a peaceful retreat. The home features well-ventilated rooms and a calming atmosphere, perfect for swimming at sunrise, strolling along the beach, or relaxing in a hammock at sunset, all while being away from noise yet close to essential amenities.

Surrounded by lush tropical forest, the house offers beach views from morning until sunset. Guests can enjoy the private pool, barbecue area, and spacious interiors designed for both rest and enjoyment.

Location

Casa Majahualt is situated just 100 meters from Juanita’s Kitchen, a beachfront restaurant offering local cuisine. It is a 15-minute walk along the sand to Playa Maderas, known for surfing, bars, and restaurants.

The property is one street away from one of Nicaragua’s most secluded beaches, providing a tranquil environment close to nature. Being in a natural setting, occasional sightings of insects and wildlife are normal.

Guest Access

Guests have exclusive use of the entire house, including the kitchen, common areas, pool, and barbecue space. The only private area is a room behind the kitchen where the couple responsible for property maintenance resides. They are discreet, friendly, and available to assist with basic needs during your stay.

• A couple lives on-site in a separate room and manages the upkeep of the property.
• Juanita’s Kitchen offers a 5% discount for guests paying in cash who mention their stay at Casa Majahualt.
• Check-in times are flexible; however, arrivals after 6:00 p.m. may experience wind, leaves, or insects due to the natural surroundings.
• Occasional power outages may occur because of nearby highway construction ("La Costanera"), but electricity is typically restored within a few hours.
