The Space
Villa Patron offers the privacy of a private villa along with the amenities typically found at a five-star hotel. The living area includes an 82-inch screen with Apple TV, a Bose soundbar system, and central air conditioning.
The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped, including a juicer and everything needed to prepare meals for large groups.
For added security, the villa has a two-car garage and a locking gate that prevents access to the garage, where the main entrance is located. A security guard is also stationed outside every night from 9:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m.
Bedrooms and Entertainment
The grand master suite occupies the top level of the villa, offering privacy from the rest of the house. It includes:
- A 92-inch flat-screen television in the lounge area
- A private patio with lounge furniture overlooking the bay and backyard
- An indoor shower with a tropical rainforest-style showerhead
- An outdoor shower accessible through a separate door
Across the hall, the full movie theater features a 150-inch movie screen, projector, and surround-sound system. The theater room also includes a king-size bed.
The second level has three additional master suites, each with an en suite bathroom and a large walk-in closet. This level also includes a private gym with high-end equipment, a full bathroom, and a dry sauna.

This property exceeded our expectations! With my partner and I visiting Cancun for the first time, we were debating on staying at a resort for the added benefit of comfortability and safety, but we are SO happy we decided on booking an Airbnb (specifically this one) ! The entire process of booking different activities from the personal chef, to jet ski activities, and private airport transportation made planning our trip much less of a headache. Bethany went above and beyond to ensure a stress free trip for my partner and I. She was very quick to respond (within 1 min) when we had any questions, gave us amazing recommendations for food and activities, and gave us a personal tour upon arrival to the property. The place is flawless, although it felt a little crowded once all the maintenance workers arrived to help keep the property clean (gardeners, pool cleaners, housekeepers), but the moment I expressed that we wanted solitude, she quickly told everyone to go home. Amazing property!!

I booked this Airbnb for my bachelorette weekend and it exceeded all my expectations. As a resort traveler, I was nervous about booking an Airbnb in Mexico, but everything was perfect. Bethany was amazing with communication and coordinating services. Chef Giovanni was incredible, the food was delicious, and he even surprised my brownie-loving sister with homemade brownies the next day after she asked about them! The mariachi, tequila tasting, yoga, massages, yacht pickup from the dock, and beautiful bachelorette décor made the weekend unforgettable. The villa was clean, upscale, private, and had stunning views. Absolutely worth it, 10/10 recommend!

This was easily the best AirBnB that I’ve ever stayed at. The house was incredible and the location was close to everything. Bethany was a fantastic host and made sure we had everything that we needed. The chefs also made us some great food that everyone enjoyed. I highly recommend staying here.

This stay was amazing! Bethany was so incredibly helpful with everything - flexible check in, booking dinner reservations and excursions, and coordinating groceries and chefs. The house was beautiful and the access to the boat made getting around so much fun! The chefs cooked incredible food and were very accommodating to different dietary restrictions. We booked Bethany’s place for my sisters bachelorette and it could not have been more perfect. The property was even more beautiful in person with everything you could possibly need. We used many services provided such as private chef meals and charter to Isla Mujeres. All the girls had a blast and we already can’t wait to come back! Bethany was a very dependable, friendly, and responsive host. I felt very taken care of during our stay. Thanks for the amazing weekend!

This is an excellent place to stay, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking to have a fantastic time with a group of friends in Cancun. Bethany was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and was able to provide us with additional options for massages, boat trips, and other activities.
