The Space
Built in 2021, Casa Tina is a custom-designed private home in the center of Santa Teresa, close to the area’s best restaurants, cafés, and shops. The famous La Lora surf break and sunset gathering beach are a three-minute walk away on a flat route.

Location and Additional Information
Casa Tina is located in the center of Santa Teresa Beach, an increasingly popular area. The home is not situated up the hill, making the walk to the beach quick and easy. Its proximity to the main road means you may hear some social noise from the excellent restaurants and cafés within walking distance.
Somos boutique hotel is located next door, and its team has been a great neighbor. Music and conversation from the hotel may be audible on some nights, but the music is required to be turned off by midnight.
If you are seeking complete quiet, you may prefer a villa located farther up the hill.
Santa Teresa is far from larger cities and towns. Power, water, and internet service have been very reliable in recent years, although occasional outages do occur. Pura Vida!

Great place, even better than photos snd the location is easy to go to the beach, go to restaurants and walk around town. Really enjoyed it and would love to go back.

We stayed at Casa Tina and the experience was fantastic. The house is just five minutes from the beach and is exactly as shown in the photos and the Airbnb description. Gal, the host, was very attentive to us at all times. He has been very flexible with our needs and has always responded almost instantly every time we have asked him a question. Without a doubt, we give them a 10 out of 10. We were very happy and recommend this place, especially for families looking for tranquility, privacy and the possibility of enjoying both the beach and spending time in the house with all the amenities.

We had an amazing stay. Host was very responsive and helpful. The location is amazing the only downside being it’s next to a bar so a little noisy on weekend nights. The property looks exactly like the pictures and is very new and clean.

Excellent home, very comfortable and safe. The entrance to the beach is across from the main street, next to some restaurants. Everyone's care is very good. It's my second time in this house and I have no complaints. My favorite place.

Casa Tina was the perfect place for our family's stay in Santa Teresa. We absolutely loved the outdoor living space and the pool. It was our own private oasis. The house is within walking distance of some amazing restaurants and easy access to early morning walks along the beach. The host and house manager were extremely responsive and helpful. They kept the place and pool clean throughout our stay. We loved hearing the live music from the hotel next door! We enjoyed the music in our own private space without having to party with the 20 some crowd! Casa Tina will always have a special place in our family's hearts. Thank you!

We really enjoyed our time spent at Casa Tina in Santa Teresa. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and shops. It can get a little loud as it is located directly behind Somos which turns into a club-vibe on weekends with loud music and partying until about midnight. It didn’t bother us, but worth considering if that would be a dealbreaker for you! The house is clean and well stocked and the host is very responsive and on top of things! Overall, it is quiet, peaceful, and private which is exactly what we were looking for. This is our fourth time visiting Santa Teresa and we would definitely stay here again without hesitation. Thank you for sharing your home with us!
