This home is ideal for your family vacation, yoga retreat, or surf trip. The main house has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. The separate guesthouse consists of 2 bedrooms and one shared bathroom. It’s a close walk to everything Playa Grande has to offer with access to restaurants, bars, surf board rentals, surf shops, the turtle reserve, yoga, and the Wednesday night market. The space The villa consists of the main house as well as a separate guesthouse. The main house has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with a very spacious kitchen and big island for seating and hosting. The primary bedroom with en-suite bathroom consists of a walk in closet as well as giant sliders leading out to the backyard and pool. The secondary bedroom with en-suite bathroom has a queen size bed as well as a bunk bed. The third bathroom is located in the hallway next to the third bedroom. The cozy separate guesthouse has two bedrooms each with a kitchenette and a shared bathroom. Enjoy relaxing by the saltwater pool and barbecuing on the patio surrounded by the tropical jungle. The spacious covered patio consists of a beautiful large dining table with seating for 12 as well as a yoga area. Guest access The entire home can be rented (5 bedrooms, 7 beds, Secure access is provided with a automatic front carport gate and a electronic (combination) front door with controlled access. A high tech alarm system is inside the property to lock every door and window when you are away. Inquire for specials on longer rentals! Pool and laundry facilities on-site. There are three safes for your valuables, smoke detectors and a first aid kit if needed. There are three paths to the beach, all between 5 and 7 minutes walking distance. Other things to note There is a full security system in place for all doors & windows, with motion detectors as well. Free Parking is on-site. The home has a 5000 Liter supplemental water tank, to ensure you don't run out if there is a service interruption. A whole home surge protector will keep your electronics safe and our water filtration system provides super-clean drinking water. Yoga mats are available and there are four boogie boards if you want to take the short walk to the beach to catch some waves. Surfboards are available also just down the street only 300 meters away! Tennis and pickleball are available 250 meters away! Our on-site washer and dryer is available for you to refresh your clothes during your stay. Don't feel like cooking?
