Casa Bella Vista is a Spanish-style home featuring 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Situated within the gated community of Rancho Santana, the house is perched just above the ocean, offering breathtaking views and a beautiful pool. It accommodates up to 7 guests and provides all the essentials to ensure a comfortable stay.
The property enjoys a private location overlooking Rosada and Escondida beaches within Rancho Santana.
Guest Access
Guests have full access to the entire house, as well as the surrounding trails and beaches.
Please note, this property is not managed by Rancho Santana. To use the following Rancho Santana amenities, guests must pay the mandatory Rancho Santana Resort Fee of $15 plus 15% IVA per person per day, capped at 15 days. Children under 10 years old are exempt from this fee.

We would stay again. Insane view, and Rancho is a gem. Surf, mountain biking, and a top tier clubhouse. The house itself needs some updating it’s quite old and not in the best shape. The host is amazing and very responsive and helpful.

The house has a gorgeous view of the ocean with beautiful sunset views every evening. It’s very spacious and conveniently close to all the major clubhouses. I’ve stayed here four times already and will definitely come back again.

This is a beautiful property with amazing views! It is at the top of a steep cliff overlooking a rocky beach. While this makes for great photos, realize that to get anywhere in the Ranch, you must walk or drive downhill and then climb uphill on your return. This is true of most homes at the Ranch so a vehicle is generally recommended. The property is about a five minute drive to the clubhouse. Be cautious of the cliff if you have toddlers, overly adventurous kids, or very drunk adults. We loved the sunset views and the beautiful infinity edge pool. We lived primarily in the lovely outdoor area of the home. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked great. David took care of the pool most days and made sure we had water. Lenora cleaned the home every other day during our stay. Our biggest issue was the large number of small and large ants. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay at Casa Bella Vista and would happily stay there again.
