The Space

Enter through massive antique front doors set within three-foot-thick adobe walls, a true sign of this historic residence. Relax on the shallow submerged bench seats in the pool or unwind in hammocks suspended between 12-foot wooden columns. The kitchen is spacious, open, and fully equipped with coffee and essential cooking basics such as spices and cooking oil. For $12*, your chef/housekeepers Elisa or Hazell can shop at the market and prepare breakfast, lunch, or dinner for you. Whether you want a smoothie, a plate of rosquillas (a traditional local snack), or chilled coconut water fresh from the tree, Elisa and Hazell are ready to make it happen.

Granada’s tile floors are beautiful but hard, so a soft-floored exercise and playroom has been added for comfort. Alternatively, you can visit PURE for workouts, yoga, or exercise classes. If you have children, the exercise/playroom can be stocked with toys. Additional child-friendly items available upon request include a crib, baby-changing station, baby gate, water wings/floaties, a child’s bike helmet, art supplies, board games, and a white noise sound machine. The pool area is fenced for safety and features an open-air shower.

Our bilingual co-host, Gretchell, is available to assist you with any needs. Whether you require a taxi pickup, a tour, or items from the pharmacy or convenience store, deliveries can be arranged quickly and affordably via moto-delivery service.

The spacious master bedroom is located on the second floor and offers spectacular views of the cathedral. Enjoy refreshing lake breezes from the private balcony, with air conditioning available for warmer days. Bathrooms are stocked with thick, soft towels and provide hot water from a traditional water heater (no electric shower heads).

Parking is conveniently available about 2.5 blocks away for approximately $2 per night. For added convenience, a vehicle (the owner’s Nissan Patrol 4x4) and private driver can be arranged at a reasonable rate.

Guest Access

You will have exclusive use of the entire house during your stay. Additionally, you gain access to PURE. If you prefer a larger pool, day passes to Selina Granada, located just four blocks away on Central Park, can be provided.
