This spacious, family-friendly private beach house is located within the gated community of Punta Leona, offering 24/7 security. It is just a 3-minute drive from Playa Mantas and surrounded by lush jungle with abundant wildlife, including monkeys, macaws, coatis, and iguanas. The property features four air-conditioned bedrooms, three full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a charcoal BBQ ranch, a private pool, and stunning jungle views.

Punta Leona Club Access
Access to the Punta Leona Club can be arranged for an additional fee charged by the club management:
- $10 per person
- 10,000 Costa Rican colones per car (subject to seasonal changes)
- Fees are paid directly at the club entrance

The location is excellent and safe, and the gardens are very well maintained. We also appreciated the quick chat support and the late checkout. However, the property needs more maintenance and cleaning. We had problems with the breaker and the WiFi. Several bathrooms had bad smells and were damaged. The towels and pillows smelled of moisture. There were water leaks, and some kitchen equipment was in poor condition. With these improvements, the experience could be much better for future guests.

Great place and atmosphere! The host was responsive and always had great suggestions and answered questions promptly. However, I would specify that most of the walkable restaurants require the beach club purchase which we did not know.

The house is incredible, very nice, very spacious areas, large and clean pool. The rooms are very comfortable. The service was excellent. A great stay!!

The house is spacious, in a good location and was very clean. However, some parts of the house are in need of maintenance and are deteriorated. Also, the electricity went out in the condo the two nights we were there.

The Macaw house has an incredible location, the perfect combination between a private place and close to the sea. The house is very spacious and has all the amenities to make you feel at home.
