Casa Carpe Diem is a fully air-conditioned contemporary home in the heart of Manuel Antonio, just 75 yards from excellent restaurants, bars, shops, and public transportation. The property overlooks the lush tropical rainforest and mountains surrounding Manuel Antonio, one of Costa Rica’s most exciting destinations.
With four air-conditioned bedrooms and three bathrooms, the home combines modern luxury with a relaxed vacation atmosphere. Although it is close to everything Manuel Antonio has to offer, Casa Carpe Diem remains a private and comfortable retreat.

The main level includes three bedrooms:
- A master suite with a king-size bed and private bathroom
- A guest bedroom with a queen-size bed
- A second guest bedroom with two twin beds
- The two guest bedrooms share a bathroom
Located below the main deck terrace, the studio apartment features:

Great place for families. The pool is awesome as well as the outside patio. Downstairs room is a little humid though

Great location. Close to all the restaurants and grocery shopping. Easy access. Alex, the host was extremely responsive and super helpful along with helping us plan all of our activities. I would highly recommend.

House was very spacious and well laid out. Kitchen had everything you could want. Super clean with maid service almost every day. Pool was amazing. Howler monkeys would be in the trees above the pool almost every morning (sometimes early wake up call at 5am, but a cool experience). Saw acoutis from the deck area as well. A/C worked perfectly. Very convenient to Manuel Antonio and Quepos.

We had a wonderful experience at this property. The location was perfect. The maid service was exceptional, keeping the home spotless and comfortable throughout our visit. We also thoroughly enjoyed the pool and outdoor areas, which were clean and well-maintained. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area.

Most beautiful Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. Couldn’t recommend it enough— cleanliness, location, communication from Alex, and most of all the experience being in the jungle!!! We got to see 2 types of monkeys ON our porch, toucans, kinkajous, sloths, macaws, lizards… it was like staying in our own personal safari! We went to Manuel Antonio park and it was stunning— the landscape, plants, animals and beaches were awesome, but we saw more at our place ;) We truly loved the perk of having a cleaning crew come daily. Sandra is a beautiful personable soul and we really connected with her. Everyone we interacted with at the property was super genuine and I can’t express enough how important that is when staying somewhere!! Thank you Alex for being an incredible & knowledgeable host, we appreciate you so very much! My friends and I will dream about this place forever!
