Family-friendly activities and the vibrant atmosphere of Cartagena’s historic center are approximately a 20-minute drive away. The home is well suited for families, kitesurfers, and groups of up to 20 guests.

Guest Access
Guests have access to the entire house. The internet service is reliable, with one Starlink satellite antenna reserved for private use and internet speeds of up to 500 GB.
All bathrooms have hot water. Soap and toilet paper are provided upon arrival.
Most taxi drivers are unfamiliar with the location, so using trusted drivers who know the area well is recommended.
Please note that, despite our efforts to provide a comfortable stay, this is a private home and not a hotel.

The house has a dog. She can be kept separate if you prefer not to have her nearby.
From June through the end of November, rain may cause some water to collect on the beach. Vehicle access to the house remains guaranteed via a bridge.
The house is maintained in excellent condition so guests can enjoy its beachfront setting. Because it is surrounded by trees and lush garden vegetation, some leaves may occasionally fall despite regular cleaning.

The villa is amazing, and the staff are very lovely. They are always happy to help whenever you need anything. Please keep in mind that there are no stores nearby, so you should arrange food in advance. If you need transportation, make sure you have the contact of a taxi driver who knows how to get there. It’s a bit of an adventure, but definitely worth it. If you’re looking for some quality and quiet time outside the city, it’s a beautiful spot.

We booked this house for a winter escape with family, grandparents and three children under 5 years old. The house is in a more remote area and without the included transportation I’m not sure we would have found it after flying all day and waiting in a two hour customs line. The neighborhood is either up and coming or this is one of the nicest houses in the area. We never felt unsafe but it’s loud at night, dogs, music in the neighborhood etc. which appears to be common everywhere. The pool, staff and roof top patio were by far the highlights of this house and trip. The pool had a beach like entrance great for kids to play and for others to lounge. The staff was amazing and cooked breakfast and an early dinner for us each day. The local dishes she cooked and the fresh squeezed orange juice were amazing. The rooftop patio had amazing sunsets over the beach. The local beach wasn’t as nice but we still left the property to look for shells.

Very nice place. The staff, both the girls who cook and the security guy, are very good and helpful. I would only recommend this house if you really plan to be in it and not go to the city much, since it is in a place that is a bit inconvenient for transfers. You have to enter through the beach to get there

Honest review. House is nice/clean, wonderful staff (best part of stay), host is attentive. However, note: house is located in La Boquilla, a humble part of the city 15 mins drive to Cartagena. House is nice but area is poor, feels out of place & awkward. Pools of stagnant water make it hard to access beach; piles of garbage & broken glass around, you have to be careful. Lots of stray dogs roaming the area, sometimes in packs. Only access to the house is by the security gate on beach side of the house, no front door entrance. Area is poorly lit. Difficult to access by car; narrow streets then bumpy drive on the beach. No nearby amenities (restaurants, shops, supermarkets) have to go into Cartagena for those. Loud music in the area at night, barking dogs, no quiet sleep. Rooms are clean, good a/c; not soundproof; rooms 4&5 are in pool house. if you want to stay away from centre, at the beach house by the pool only, with good staff, this may be right 4 u, otherwise stay in Cartagena.

Where do i even begin, the house was beautiful just like the pictures, but the staff makes me fall in love more with this place, they were so welcoming and friendly makes you feel like you’re home. Everyone was so nice and kind makes our experience even more amazing. Loved my time there and Definitely recommend this place. i will be back for sure

I thank the host, always friendly and attentive to all my needs, the excellent service team, we felt super comfortable, the only thing I did not like is the area, we could not enjoy the sea or go for a walk, we only went to the sea once and the guardian accompanied us, who is a very kind man, if you go to the house it is to stay there because you have to pay for transportation or if you have a car many times you get lost, the arrival is a bit complicated also because of the rains, we loved the house, some recommendations that I already let the host know and he was very kind to take them into consideration!!
